It's jam-packed with tons of items - the aisles are very narrow and there is stuff everywhere! It's a bit chaotic but I had fun looking at all the items, including some things I'd never seen before. They have all your classic Korean grocery store items - ramen, spices, kimchi, gochugaru, lots of snacks, frozen items, housewares, etc. The people working (I assumed they were the owners) were super friendly and kind, greeting us as we walked in with a friendly 안녕하세요! I ended up buying some snacks and superfine gochugaru for my house blend popcorn seasoning! My brother loaded up a big box of staples and he even has a loyalty card there. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to Korean grocery.

You have to have the proper ID to shop here. Prices, especially on meats, is very reasonable. Produce is fresh and reasonably priced. Lots of ethnic foods are available. It's clean and safe. The minuses: They frequently run out of things. Today they had no chicken breasts. Completely out. Last time I was in they were out of pie apples and green beans. The only fish is frozen fish. For such a large AF base, it's modest in size.
