It apparently has a reputation if you read the other reviews so I will need to try next time. Then if you go South on Vining Rd to N Service Rd, it takes you back to the rental car return in about 1 mile.

My car is usually great on gas and I've paid attention to the odometer and the average is every 1 mile I drive my miles til E drops 3-4, also had it checked for leaks just to be on the safe side...although I knew it wasn't that because I had no issue before . I recently just filled my tank up at a regular gas station & my car is thankfully back to normal, not sure if they have it mixed with water to be cheap or what... but do NOT fill up here it's not worth it , thank God it didn't actually screw up my car but that doesn't mean it won't yours !

If travelling east on Michigan Avenue one needs to take the long turnaround to get to and then to continue on east another long turnaround is necessary. The site is not kept up well. The exterior and lighting is fine, and the place looks attractive at night, but when you are up close it fails the attractivity test and, sometimes, the smell test, as the garbage pails near the pumps are not kept clear and sometimes there is other material on the property. They have pumps for large trucks and that is fine but they also appear to be tolerant of owner/operators to park their trucks on the property. These can present a problem as they park haphazardly on occasion, are left running or appear in disarray or disrepair. The store inside is well stocked but not with what one would call nutritious items. They usually have a few newspapers and most are up to date when they do have. The pricing at this location tends to the high side. The blaring loudspeakers pumping out commercial information and obscure sports material are a distraction especially when suspicious characters are in the area or Michigan Avenue is busy and the potential for a high speed entry by a customer is possible.

They had the mango slushy and the tiger's blood (coconut and strawberry). We got both. I love mango, but actually like the tiger's blood better. They also have snacks that I never see in Hawaii. We picked up the Twizzlers filled twists Tropical Blast. It's filled with guava and paradise punch.
