After a terrible red eye flight ( no sleep ) and arriving at Wally Park to a dead Prius battery (they didn't help me at all) , I called AAA and got a driver named Dae who not only called to confirm the type of Prius I had, but gave me is ETA, showed up earlier than anticipated, put up with nonsense from Wally Park about how to get in, jumped my 12v , stayed with me, and even waited until I got out of Wally Park to make sure my car wouldn't lose the charge. He was so nice I gave him a hug. Dae was my hero today. Thank you Dae for being one of the good guys. And thank you AAA for hiring and training the best.
