Incorrectly charge you. They made me pull up to receive my order, but like 5 cars behind me got their order before me. I used the app!! Then got home and no sauces, no fries. The fries in my kid's happy meal were burnt. I had gone through the app to complain and was told a manager from Fairview would reach out. No one did. Since the Dickson and Centerville stores also have issues, I deleted the app and will not support McDonalds. No stars. I do not want to hear from them either. Can't go wrong with McDonald's. Sodas feel like they are laced with crack. Nothing beats that first sip as you drive away. Now this is still a fast food place, so don't go in thinking you're gonna wined and dined. But the processed food is always the same, so when you're having a craving, you know what you're getting. The girls working the drive thru in the morning are super sweet, fast, and efficient. Definitely recommend this location. read more

This might be the worst McDonalds ever. As I sit here, staff is behind counter talking and not doing much of anything. The tables in dining room around me are all dirty. No napkins in dispensers. Food was brought out to me with no napkins so it forced me to interact with the lazy staff, which I did not want to do. Food was typical quality from this franchise. read more

The food is great and stuff but that one ugly blonde bitch pissed me off. I ordered sweet and sour sauce, but didn't get any, so I asked her for some at the window. I am so sorry there is not a "zero" that I could score this building that supposedly provides food and beverage. Today. 1:00 PM I pull up and order a #1 meal with Dr. Pepper. I pull to window number 1 and pay for my meal. Then I roll up to the insane asylum. First the guy? comes to the window and asked what I had ordered. Golly, I had to dig down into my trash bag to find my receipt. He then comes back a minute or two later and asked me to move forward. Now I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a DP. You should probably just starve. The employees are rude as can be ! Your order is going to be wrong. They won't fix it. What food you get will be cold and disgusting. The grease is never changed. The meat half the time is raw. If you complain to a manager they will cuss you ! If you take your food back up there and ask for it to be fixed right employees will laugh and they brag on social media about not washing their hands and spitting in people's food ! Terrible, made fun of me and my dads accent. We waited there in the drive thru for twenty minutes and when I got my food they insulted me and my food was cold. Then they said it'll be a few minutes and then 15 minutes later no food. I went indoors and they shouted at my dad for saying hurry up. Don't recommend. My drive-thru experience was friendly, quick, and efficient. Most importantly, my breakfast was hot and fresh. I travel extensively around Tennessee. There are several reasons why I rarely patronize McDonald's, too numerous to get into now. Suffice it to say when I decide to eat at McDonald's once a year, my expectation is that it shouldn't be a difficult experience to get right. 9:15 on a Saturday night, no other cars in the drive-thru. Ordered medium fries, no salt. Time on the ticket was 9:17. Was asked to pull ahead and wait due to no salt - no problem. My issue comes with then having to wait 12 minutes for my single order of fries to be brought to my car. Seems the first batch they dropped, they accidentally salted. So, when the correct order of unsalted medium fires was delivered 12 minutes later, I got a "Sorry, we accidentally salted the first batch. But we gave you a medium." Well, great, that's precisely what I ordered and paid for. I get my review won't stop anyone from eating here, but at the very least people can know what to expect, which is, clearly, very very little. read more

Always friendly staff and fast. They're always greeting me and remember my voice over the mike. I have personally witnessed the front cashiers remembering their regulars orders. That's so cool. New general manager has made a huge difference. Those who are negative need to remember these people work hard for their income. They have feelings too. I understand you changed your policy on the extra fries, when ordering happy meals. I wasn't mad I just ordered extra fries but when asked twice about the go hurt or apples I very plainly said neither. Why because no one In my house eats those and it becomes a waste and I really do make it a point not to waste food. Yet you added those and didn't bother to add straws to our order. Helpful suggestion use the extra unwanted apples or go gurts for kids that eat them. Sorry your policy changed but my request for neither did not. Drive thru is always super slow, but I've never had bad service here. They always greet me with a smile, and leave me with a 'have a good day'. It's much better than any other McDonalds in the nearby area, and several times I will drive out of my way so I can get a cone from them (this is the only McDonalds that gives you a big ice cream cone). read more
