Recently I've had to visit a few times. The first time to pick up a foreign currency order. The tellers were busy handling customer issues and after 10 minutes another teller appeared to assist me. I was totally grateful as I left I noticed the tellers were still assisting the same customers. On my second visit I was making a large (to me) deposit and to my surprise there was no line. Easy in and out! The only knock is that when they are busy you will wait. I've actually walked out a few times as the line was almost to the entrance. The tellers possess excellent customer service skills. They are very courteous, friendly, and efficient. You can tell they are provided with customer service soft skills training. They make it incredibly inconvenient to set up autopay to make it more likely for you to pay interest. Instead of being able to set up auto pay online or even over the phone like most banks you have to call them to have a form MAILED to you which you then have to fill out with your banking information and then go to the post office to MAIL IT BACK. Which is absolutely insane!!! I had set up autopay a long time ago and then didn't use the card for several months. When I made a $6k purchase on it I assumed my autopay would still be in place but I guess not. One day after my payment due date I noticed my payment wasn't processed. I immediately paid the entire balance and asked them if they could please waive the interest fee since the autopay wasn't processed and I paid it 2 days before the statement closing date and they said that wasn't possible. So now I have to pay interest on $6k when I had the money to pay off the card the entire time they just scam you with the autopay complications. I am closing my account and I will never use this bank again. Just want to warn everyone of this scam artist bank so you can avoid this happening to you too.
