We had a guest coming over and were looking for someone to professionally clean our house. We had specifically told our cleaner, Jay that we needed our 2 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway and 2 living rooms cleaned. He proceeded to only clean the floors in every room (except the living rooms he did get the windows) and he was EXTREMELY slow about it. He took about an hr and a half just SWEEPING our hallway and we requested a 2 hr minimum when we originally booked them. The thing we were most upset about is that he did not even clean anything in our bathrooms except for the floors, and we specifically booked a cleaning company because our bathrooms were what really needed cleaning. He told us he was new and while we understand that we feel that this company should've had someone come to work with him A. so that he didn't have to tackle everything in our house alone and B. so they could kinda "show him the ropes" and he could see how to clean thoroughly but efficiently. The only positive thing which we actually appreciated was that he was very thorough, but for $145 to only do the floors didn't feel fair. So a mom and daughter show up late and my sister said that all we need is a dusting, and the younger one said it's our first day and we don't know what we're supposed to do and what service we clicked? So 20 minutes was wasted on them trying to get a hold of their boss and the daughter running in and out our home. I called the company and asked what we paid for, the $150 option and the daughter just keeps making excuses of not wanting to clean this and that. She couldn't get on the ladder or dusted, she only vacuumed a bit and said we're probably going to have to hire someone else to clean. What am I paying you for then. With the dusting they were using a dirty rag, and straining it in our dishes and sink. My sister had to clean the sink after. Then they didn't even dust everything and left wet glops of dust all over the bedding and counters. So that needs to be re-cleaned. My sister kept telling them we need this dusted because they didn't touch it and they ignored her and were rushing her along trying to leave. They left after not even an hour and a half, so they only cleaned for an hour. Now I have to get someone else to clean up the mess they left us and now I'm being charged $275 rather than the $150 I signed the contract for. I hired Speedy Cleans to clean the basement of my investment property after a flood on June 20, 2025. I'm a busy business owner and needed professionals who could handle raw sewage cleanup properly and safely. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but professional--and ended up costing me thousands in damage. The first cleaner arrived completely unprepared, with nothing but a mop, bucket, and hard scraper. He left for over an hour to get proper tools from Home Depot, then came back and soaked my newly installed epoxy floors, using the wrong tool to scrape up debris. That scraper scratched and gouged my floors, and he pushed paint chips into my floor drain, which later clogged the sewer line. I had to pay $265 to have it snaked. He also splashed dirty water and sewage on my walls and doors, and refused to wear shoe covers, tracking sewage up my brand-new carpeted stairs. Then, at 2:30 PM, he abruptly left without finishing, leaving water standing on the floor and telling me to call the company to send someone else. A second cleaner was sent out and spent 7 hours cleaning up not just the flood, but the mess the first technician made. Speedy Cleans told me they absorbed that labor and refused to offer any compensation for the $1,700 in damage to my floors, the contaminated carpet, or the time I personally had to spend cleaning my kitchen, living room, and dining room after the technician tracked sewage throughout my home. They denied my claim, refused to pay, and treated their "make-up" cleaning as if it erased the damage. Avoid this company at all costs--especially if you're dealing with sensitive cleanup like sewage or flood work. I have photo and video proof of everything. First time using this company and could not recommend less. They sent an extremely inexperienced carpet cleaner to our home and ruined our carpeting, and the hardwood floor beneath it. He used bleach on colored carpet and had no idea how to use the machine he rented on the way to our house. We've let management know and they denied everything even after providing extensive proof. The total cost was DOUBLE what they originally estimated us and refuse to give us a refund for an unfinished and horribly done job. They offered us an insulting discount for the "minor inconvenience". Half of our carpeting was drenched in bleach and water (we were standing in PUDDLES of it, we sucked up GALLONS of water) and the other half was dry and uncleaned, still with comet bleach powder sitting on top of the carpeting. The other cleaners at our house that day (also SpeedySolutions employees) kept having to go outside the bleach smell was so strong, it was burning our eyes and causing headaches and upset stomachs yet they still deny ANY bleach was ever used on the carpet. All three cleaners that were at our house apologized for how horrible the carpet cleaning service was. You take a look at these pictures and tell me these carpets are cleaned to your standards. It took over a day to get anyone on the phone because they use a stupid phone robot, and now management is refusing to respond to us. I have never had a worse experience with a business before, and never leave negative reviews but this was insanity. If this issue is not resolved, we've spoken to a lawyer already and are prepared to literally take them to court over this. Please do yourself a favor and never hire them for carpet cleaning services. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing; they attempted to evade accountability for their contracted employee. We received service from them, and the cleaning lady who visited our residence lacked organizational skills. She placed items haphazardly, creating problems. She positioned dirty shoes on top of expensive shoes valued between $5,000 to $10,000. She handled items with excessive force, breaking a radio and disconnecting cable and electrical connections from the wall, which was unprecedented. She clogged the shower drain and positioned toasters in front of the microwave oven. Although she adequately cleaned the floor, she took pictures and subsequently placed items, such as boxes, on the floor. Her work was disorganized. While she was friendly and professional, her actions resulted in a messy household. Upon notifying SpeedyCleans, they promised to follow up regarding a potential credit, but failed to do so. Back in Dec. 2022 Unfortunately, my experience with Speedy Cleans was awful. I can not express the disappointment that I have with your company. After a second chance, Speedy Cleans has still missed the mark. I'm so done and totally over it! I've never had such terrible Cleaners. Oven not cleaned Front door full of dust (on the inside of home) Downstairs kitchenette drawers are still dirty Stainless steel appliances look like they had been cleaned with a wet sponge. Vents should at least be dusted... even if it was with a broom. I feel totally robbed! This home was empty, and the job was NOT hard at all! I have photos of all that was still missed for the second time...a real shame. So no, I will not be looking for service from you in the future, nor will I recommend. Update: As of July 14th 2023 and leaving my honest review on Google, I am now being threaten with a law suit. Apparently Speedy Cleaners felt my review was untrue, even though I have sufficient evidence to support my review. I am not in the business of going on google and leaving false reviews. While the customer service at the front desk was good, the service itself was awful. I needed a good clean after a bed bug situation, but when I walked in after the service had been done the laundry had not been touched and everything was still filthy. It looked like someone took one Clorox wipe and half-a**ed the job. I called and complained, they offered a free redo or 10% refund for doing nothing. So I took the free redo and was specific as to what needed to be done. This was also terrible, laundry was not touched AGAIN. I called back in, and they said that it was my fault because I didn't warn them my paid laundry machine (which I told them about) was card only. They had told me they could take it off site, which I requested the first time, but then when I complained the second time they told me I didn't specify enough and it was my fault the service failed. I called back, asked for the laundry to be done a 3rd time, to which they scheduled me a $140 service to get it done without asking me -- I found out via email after booking. They already had my card info, so they were presumably about to charge as well. I called back and cancelled as they told me it was my fault. Every review on here is consistent: they cancel every other clean 15 minutes after their scheduled arrival. Usually for "car trouble" or zero reason at all. When they do show up, many talk on the phone with their friends the entire clean (I work from home so this is unacceptable). I've also had one where They purposely dragged their feet while on the phone so they could charge three hours for what could have been done in one. I really wish I had read Yelp reviews before hiring this company but they were the first to respond to a request on Angi's and my husband and I really needed to find someone quickly to do yard work before our housewarming scheduled for a Saturday. I hired them the Sunday before the housewarming to come on Tuesday via text message. But they didn't show up on Tuesday because one of my texts apparently made it seem like I had canceled the job. But I had still gotten several confirmation emails and texts about the appointment on Tuesday. When they didn't come on Tuesday I called and spoke to someone and we made an appointment for Thursday and I paid for all the yard work ahead of time. I learned on the call on Tuesday that the company is located two hours away so I was told that for my 9:30 AM appointment to expect them after 11 AM on Thursday because they would start to drive here at 9 AM. They never showed up on Thursday so I called them. I felt incredibly upset that this company didn't show up for the second time. The person I spoke to on the phone reassured me that the team would come on Friday. I also got multiple texts that they would definitely come on Friday. On Friday morning, I called and was told that our yard was on their schedule and they would call back within ten minutes to let me know when the yard work team would arrive. I then got a text saying that their truck had broken down. They offered a full refund, which I immediately asked for. Thankfully I did get the refund back, but I wasted several hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday waiting for the company to do yard work and texting and calling them. The lady was supposed to be here for a minimum of 2 hours. She stayed 1 hr and 15 mins, then charged me for 3 hours. I contacted the company immediately, they emailed me and said the lady confirmed she was in site that long. I called and the customer service rep said that the maid had admitted she forgot to push the button when she left and that they were refunding me the money, but they needed me to prove she left when she did even thought he admitted she lied. A couple days later they refunded less than half of what I was owed. When I called they said they had GPS proof she was at my house for 3 hours, which is impossible. He said they left as fast as they came. They went in my house. Turned over the sheets and threw them off the bed. On both beds. Nothing was cleaned. Absolutely awful cleaning and worse customer service. Switched days because of car trouble, which I understand happens, but still annoying (other reviews indicate this happens frequently with them). I was clear on how large my house was and exactly what needed to be done. After paying for 7 hours of cleaning and the cleaner calling me while at work (even though a list had already been sent), I came home to my house still dirty. I had instructed the cleaner to start with the bathrooms and do a deep clean. In 7 hours, floors weren't touched, mirrors and counters weren't touched, the shower wasn't washed, sinks weren't washed. There was still dry toothpaste in my son's bathroom from earlier that morning. I had even told her she could use our roomba for the few carpeted areas to save her time, but she didn't even do that. My husband, who was working from home, offered her a tour of the house to get her started, but she declined. I came home from a long day at work excited to have a clean home in preparation for family coming into town for my grandfather's funeral. I was in tears upon seeing that nothing was touched. I sent a few pictures of the messes (including a cotton round that had fallen next to the trash can that morning that wasn't even picked up) to Alyssa and requested at least a partial refund. I was told that they would offer me an hour of cleaning to hit the spots she missed and because our home was so large she wasn't expected to get everything. First off, I requested a deep clean and was clear on the size of our home. If the company couldn't accommodate that, then why waste my time and money. Secondly, she literally did nothing! For the sake of you and your loved ones do not trust this company. They are thieves, liars and scam artists. We were trying to find a company to help with my in-laws who are in their 80s and were assured that that would keep a schedule because that's what they are used to. This was not true. We had three issues in four days. The first issue is that they claimed we had not filled out the proper forms that they never sent. They had written down the wrong email, mistakes happen but it was a bit strange. Issue two, they were supposed to be there at a certain time days later. We had to schedule a family member to be there to ease the transaction. The time that they were suppose to be there, they called saying that they couldn't make it because the person needed a babysitter. Again, life happens. They assured us that they would be there the next day at a certain time. Again we had to schedule a family member to be there. Which brings us to issue three. At the time they were supposed to be there they messaged us saying that they could send two people for an added charge. We declined this. That was when they said the service might be later in the day. This was a huge red flag. We called to cancel this service, because without a schedule and without organization this will it work. They wouldn't take no for an answer. And when my husband got off the phone he saw they charged him $360, twice. This is chaotic and is dangerous for the elderly when there is no set schedule. Beware of SpeedyCleansLLC. I DO NOT recommend this company for house cleaning. We signed a six month contract for them to clean our house. They were supposed to send two cleaners and supply their own equipment. They sent one cleaner and she arrived an hour late. Even though cleaning our floors was our #1 priority, she showed up with NO mop, NO broom, or vacuum. She asked to borrow ours. We only have a swifter and a small clean up vacuum, neither of which are designed for thorough cleaning. It took 5 hours instead of 2 hours. The other cleaning work, was okay but was more in the the nature of touch up cleaning with regards to our bathroom. We cancelled their services as we were not happy with the above performance. We should have been suspicious when they insisted we sign a contract up front which locks you in for six months and allows them to automatically charge your credit card, be we did not question it. Even though they did not perform the cleaning services as they described, if you cancel before the end of the contract, they still charge you a $50 a month cancelation fee for the remainder of the contract. They even admitted in an email they did not do what they said they would. The best they could offer was $50 a month off our next cleanings under the contract. After their dismal performance we found another company. So be forewarned, you will not get what you pay for from this company. read more

I set up an appointment with this company to organize my home. I specifically told them that I did not need my home cleaned, that I needed someone to help me ORGANIZE and declutter. After the worker showed up at my door they sent me a contract to pay $60/hour. The worker showed up with a bucket and some cleaning supplies. I asked her if she knew how to organize, that I needed help implementing an organizing system. She said she only knows how to clean. I thanked her and walked her out of my home. I hired SpeedyCleans for a deep clean of my grandparents' house after they moved out. When I returned to the property I saw that the floor had not been swept or mopped, none of the dusting was done, the sink had not been cleaned, the windowsills weren't even looked at, the walls were not spot cleaned, baseboards were untouched, etc. I was charged for a 6 hour clean in a small, empty ranch home at $50/hr. When I reached out for a resolution I was told the cleaner's vacuum wasn't working and that was the reason for the lack of cleaning. I'm unsure how she spent 6 hours there and why a bad vacuum prevented her from dusting the fans or doors or even the light switches or how this vacuum was the reason for not sweeping or wiping walls and baseboards. They offered me a 10% refund and eventually said the only thing they could do was refund me $50. So we're out $250 for someone to come and wipe the kitchen and bathroom counter.
