I ordered an eco-friendly friendly cleaning service from the company. After the transaction, a spokesperson told me over the phone on the day before the cleaning that they do not provide non-toxic eco friendly cleaning services to which I requested a cancellation and refund, they said I would have to speak with the manager. I attempted many weeks to contact the manager for a refund since no services were provided and they lied to me about an eco friendly service that I paid for. After speaking with the manager they refused to issue a refund per their policy and said the $300 credits can be used for future cleaning services but they will not be eco-friendly or non-toxic. I want a refund from this company since what I paid for (an eco friendly non-toxic cleaning) is not what I am getting. The cleaning person was very nice and did a good job for the exception of the floor. The floors were still a little dirty, and Im not sure she mopped/swiffered all areas. I am only giving the company 2 stars because of the customer service I received via phone in addition to the amount I will inevitably have to pay for my cleaning. The cleaning person took 5 hours to clean the up stairs (1500+ sq ft) and one bathroom downstairs. My house, including my completely finished basement is roughly 3,000 sq ft. The cleaning person said that typically more than one person would be sent to clean a house this size. Yet, only one person was sent. When I called SpeedyClean, I spoke with a Alyssa and she said that The cleaning person was incorrect. When I explained the situation, she agreed that a second person would be sent normally given the finished basement, but was unwilling to give any sort of compensation for the issue. I decided to cancel my next appointment with speedy clean given this experience. While Alyssa text me offering 5% off if I kept my second appointment, i declined. The situation was not handled properly and I would not recommend speedy cleans to anyone in the future. In all, I will be charged $250 (5 hours for standard clean) for a 1,500 sq ft house (finished basement was not cleaned, except for the bathroom) I would like to emphasize that The cleaning person is not to blame for this. She was very friendly and respectful. She (mostly) did a great job. Outside of the floors, The cleaning person was great. My complaint is truly with the handling of the situation by customer service. The fact that one person was sent for a job that really took two and then no compensation was offered is unacceptable. Truthfully, $250 for 1,500 sq ft is extremely expensive, particularly for a standard clean. Unfortunately, I needed the house cleaned because I was getting photos taken to put my house on the market the same day. If I could have left a zero I would have. Crooks ... scheduled them to clean. They didn't clean. Said they couldn't get in but NEVER called to let us know they couldn't get in. Furthermore, the door was left unlocked as the place was empty. We were getting it deep cleaned for move in. So this company charged me $65 saying we were a no show! What ... ever heard of a phone?? DO NOT USE! They will FRAUDULENTLY charge your credit card months later hoping you don't notice the charge. Beyond that their cleaning and customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I paid for a 5 hour move out clean of and empty 1,200sq ft home. First person no call no show, their fill in arrives with a bucket and two long handles presumably a broom and maybe mop or swiffer. So immediately knew my carpet wasn't getting vacuumed. The only thing that appeared to be done was maybe mopped main level. SpeedyCleans admitted they couldn't fulfill the 5 hours I prepaid for because they were "on a time restraint". Yet they wouldn't credit me the difference of hours not worked. They offered me a 10% refund, for the same lady to clean what she missed, or send a new person at 50% of what I already paid so costing me an additional $160. No supervisor would speak to me to come to a mutual agreement as none of those options were acceptable. 5 months later they're threatening to send me to collections or small claims court. I scheduled a one time cleaning with Speedy Cleans LLC for $60. On the scheduled day the person did not show up. I called and was told she had some problems. They offered me a 15 min free cleaning. I declined and asked them to cancel all appointments not knowing they had me scheduled for 3 cleanings and 6 mos. I did not sign up for this. UPDATE: THEY ARE WRITING FAKE REVIEWS ON OTHER WEBSITES UNDER MY NAME This company needs to be reported to the BBB and shut down. I hired them to do a move-in and move-out clean - the clean was supposed to be between 8-10 hours. My family was moving across states and we hired them to clean an empty house the day before the new owners moved in. After an hour in they called and said they didn't have enough time - confused I said what do you mean? They couldn't really answer that question. They then said they would do the best they could. I received a notification after 3 hours they have completed the job (I never received photos). - Which seemed incredibly odd at the time. But, being busy moving into our new house I didn't have the time to think any further. The next day, the new owners got into the house and were beyond livid - the floor was not vacuumed, the toilets not cleaned, the counters not wiped down, the cleaners left trash in our fridge, they literally did nothing - I mean nothing. We provided photo evidence, my realtor called, their realtor called and the owners said the job was completed and they offered me 35% off of the clean or they could come and clean for 30 minutes -30 minutes! After talking with multiple people at the company I have come to find out that the cleaner left early, for no reason, nothing on their schedule, and just didn't want to do the job. This has resulted in my losing my security deposit (a lot more than the price of the clean). I can't say this loud enough - do NOT work with this company. Terrible experience.! They came out to my house while I had to go to work while my granddaughter was home. I had them come for a DEEP cleaning and when I got back home from work, I paid the girl 300 dollars cash. My granddaughter only saw them mop a small part of the hallway, some of the bathroom and the fridgerator in the kitchen. There was still dust, the bathroom toilet was still dirty, and many other things that weren't included in the deep cleaning. They did worst than a half a job. Then they turned around and took 300 dollars out of my account and said I canceled. I never canceled, I just told them to send the girl back. I called my bank and sent them evidence that I didn't cancel and they put my 300 dollars back in my account. And told my bank to not let them take any more money out of my account. I look up three month later, and I see they took another 250 out of my account. They stealing money from me. Do not use this company, they are crooks and scam artists. I asked them to do my house move out clean due to their high score in Google and Yelp. But I am wrong. They are not professional as they looked. I requested the clean service in my 1.5 stories bungalow. They are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 fridges. In more than 2 hours, the clean lady only vacuumed the cleanest two bedrooms (my husband vacuumed one room by himself before we left). After that, the lady left. The kitchen is still dirty. Paint is still on the floor. Everything looks the same after two hours clean. The clean lady said she saw bugs in the bathroom. But from the picture she sent to me, that is a mold beetle that is usually found in a bathroom. We had never seen it during the five years. google tells me that mold beetles is a healthy bug that does not spread disease or damage furnitures. It doesn't bite people either. Fool me once shame on you fool me 6 times shame on me??? I gave them 6 tries. 6. Use them if you want slow service and somehow their cleaners cars continuously break down/constantly late. Use them if you like them to not clean well. We have a small bungalow 3 bedroom 1.5 bath (very small baths), we only had them clean the first floor, 1.5 rooms at a time and they could not fit it in during a 2 hour time frame. It wasn't a deep clean either, it was a "make it look decent because we have children and our house is constantly a mess". I only recommend if you're a masochist. read more

Zero stars. I hired this company for a deep cleaning. Specified what I wanted done, and signed a contract that was countersigned by the company. The cleaner they sent was late, had no idea what the job was, did not complete the work, and didn't attempt to do most of it. The work she did was of extremely poor quality. The company solicited feedback, which I provided. They offered one free hour of cleaning, which would not at all cover everything that would need to be redone, or done for the first time. I communicated this with them. I said that I wanted a refund, and was told that "upper management" would reach out to me the following day. They did not, unsurprisingly, so I followed up, and was told that I would not be refunded in spite of the breach of contract. HORRIBLE! Communication is awful, no one seems to know what the other is doing. The cleaner (very nice lady) came to the job site thinking she was going to clean the office; I had scheduled a carpet cleaning. Needless to say we rescheduled. On the day someone was supposed to show up I waited an hour and a half and no one showed. When I called the office to inquire I was told they couldn't find a carpet cleaner for that day and meant to call me. I forgot to mention they confirmed the day before and called me that morning. We paid for a service that we did not receive, this after they were a no-show the day before because the cleaner was in an area with flooding and not comfortable coming to our house, this was found out AFTER I had to call Speedycleans, nobody called me. We are now at their mercy because we had family coming to town the next day and needing a deep clean and not able to do it ourselves at that point. We paid for the deep cleaning (6 hours) and got a regular cleaning; only one cleaner came and we were told there would be two; one person cannot do a "deep clean" on a 3,600 sf home in 6 hours . We had to provide some of our own supplies for our wood floors a mop AND bucket for our tile, (a Swiffer is not sufficient for a deep cleaning) as well as granite and range cleaner. We did not get our windows or sills cleaned as it clearly states on the deep clean list and the cleaner, although she did her best, she was pretty new and really lacked any type of training. She ran out of time and had to quickly clean and vacuum the 2nd level which is where our company would be staying, needless to say, my husband and I had to scramble to get the rest of the cleaning done. The top of the refrigerator was not wiped down, upstairs not dusted, laundry room not vacuumed, the glass cabinet's in the kitchen that I had asked to be wiped down because you can see into them were not done, none of the floorboards on the 2nd level we're touched, and said she could not vacuum the stairs or landing because her vacuum cord didn't reach far enough?!?!? The house did not even have the "clean house smell" like one would expect after even a decent cleaning. I was stuck paying before the cleaner could leave and felt like I was under pressure before I even had a chance to do a walkthrough because she had to get to her next job and I would be charged even more for going over the time...which I still was by 7 minutes. I tried to use a local based business to help support their recovery and I feel like we were completely got ripped off. This company needs to train their employees on what services are offered and the proper supplies that they need to have so they are aware of the homeowners expectations for what service is being paid for. This experience was terrible and unfortunately added more stress to my already stressful day before our family arrived. Horrible, I paid over $400 for their service and my house wasn't cleaned at all. I asked for them to specifically get cob webs down and they are still up (move in special) my 10 yr old daughter stated they throw towels on the floor in the hallway and didn't even attempt to pick then up. No toilets were cleaned, no countertops were wiped down, floors were mopped with water only. Cabinets weren't wiped down. I really don't know what they cleaned... The carpet cleaner was very slow. After vacuuming one flight of stairs in 75 minutes, we asked her to start carpet cleaning. She did 4 rooms in 6 hours, and did not complete the assignment. Unethical Billing & No Deep Cleaning I don't usually write reviews and I am generally a very positive person that likes to support people and businesses. However, for the fraud and unethical billing I received from this company, I am writing a review to warn others from the scam billing and service of Speedycleans. I am breaking my review into multiple sections to give detailed context of my experience with Speedycleans. 1) House info We recently bought a house and were excited to move in. Before moving in, we wanted to have the house deep cleaned. The house was not dirty, but did need a deep cleaning since it was unoccupied for some time. The house is also on well water and there are some hard water stains in the bathtub that I was hoping a cleaning company would help remove. The house is approx. 1700 sqft, but I only requested ~1000 sqft to be cleaned since we are still removing carpet in one of the rooms and have already started moving some of our stuff into the downstairs part and requested that part not to be cleaned since there are boxes in the way. 2) The Quote on phone vs Actual invoice When I called Speedycleans to get a quote on how much they charge, they said it's $65 an hour. I mentioned the house is approx. 1700 sqft, and Stephanie on the phone said it will most likely be 3 hours to clean a house that size, so it would be about $195 (3 hours x $65 per hour). However, they do have a two hour minimum, so minimum would be $130 (2 hours x $65 per hour). I agreed to that price. I assumed it would be between $130-$195, which is a reasonable assumption since they will only clean about 1000 sqft out of 1700 sqft quoted. To my absolute shock and surprise, they invoiced me $339!!!!! That is significantly more than what was quoted on the phone!! 3) The Service Three ladies showed up to my house to do the cleaning. I was surprised as I thought it would be one person for 2-3 hours, and I did not request more than one person to come. I also did not request more than 2-3 hours. In any case, the three ladies came to clean, so I let them in, and they started cleaning. The three ladies were very kind and friendly. However, the service they provided was certainly not deep cleaning. It was surface level of wiping down counters and such. They were not able to get out the hard water stains. One of the ladies mentioned that next time I could request that they bring special products for the hard water stains, but for now they do not have it. I contracted them to do deep cleaning, they did not have the materials for deep cleaning and did not do any deep cleaning in the bathrooms or anywhere else in the house. The cleaning level was definitely not worth the $65 per hour since it was surface level of cleaning at best. 4) Customer Service after my card was charged I called customer service after I received my shocking invoice and thought there had to be some kind of mistake. The person on the phone, Tempest, said there is no mistake, that I was being charged $65 per hour per person. Tempest was not helpful at all at resolving the unethical bill. She offered sending me the phone recording I had with Stephanie when I received my quote on the phone. I said send it to me. She sent it, I listened to it and the phone recording CONFIRMS the 2-3 hour quote of $130-$195 price. Tempest obviously did not listen to the phone recording.They stopped answering my calls. I called them with another phone, and they answered right away. So after I addressed my concerns again and asking them to do the right thing and refund me the difference, they were not interested in resolving the issue. 5) Summary So all in all, stay away from Speedycleans. They are not worth the price with the barley surface level cleaning, and they bill unethically. Once they charge your card for their scam billing, they will not answer your call or care for your concerns. Save yourself from getting ripped off, save your sanity and do NOT use Speedycleans. read more

Rescheduled date/time the cleaner showed up without necessary equipment to clean - including even a vacuum. I told them not to bother coming back. I hired this company to clean my parents condo as they had moved into senior living. When I set up my appointment I clearly told them I needed it cleaned on a Tuesday so the realtor could come in Wednesday to take pictures. I went over to the condo Tuesday night and the only thing that was done is a master bedroom was vacuumed and the floor in the front room, hall and kitchen area was washed. Everything else was not touched. I immediately called and was told at first they'd have to call the lady cause they were' not t sure what had happened. Waited an hour for a callback, I finally called them back . I was told the lady had to leave at 4, I was never told there was going to be an issue where the cleaner was only available until four. I expected I hired a company to clean the whole condo. I immediately get a charge to my credit card for four hours worth of work. I told them there was no way it took four hours to wash a floor and vacuum a bedroom. The only solution they had was to send the same lady back the next day and of course run up more hours.I said no I didn't want that lady if she took four hours for what she finished. This was a totally empty condo. There was no furniture to move. I had to take the next day off work so I could go clean the condo so it would be ready for pictures that afternoon. I disputed the charge with my credit card, I told them I would pay for one hour. My credit card investigated after I sent them pictures and reversed all but the hour. Then a few days later I see this company reran my credit card for the difference. This is fraud and dishonest. I'm now in a battle with them, they offered a ten percent discount and 30 minutes of free cleaning. I told them I would never use them again. They have threaten to turn me over to collections or take me to court and sue me. I have pictures of what was done and what wasn't done so I'm ready. It's bad business when you ask for services for cleaning scheduled between 9:00 am and 9:30 am and they never show up. I called and texted for an update. The person continued to say they are on the way stuck in traffic. This was 10:36 am no person arrived. I had another appointment scheduled at 12 noon. So I informed the lady I did not want services from a company like this, late and non responsive to updates on estimated time of arrival. Bad business and not good for this app or anyone else that plan on someone being on time. The credibility went down the drain when there was no apology or remorse from the representative. Horrible service - Do not waste your time on a company that doesn't care about you or your time. It's BAD Business!!!! I am also reporting to BBB because I was charged for services not received based on my decision to cancel because your cleaner hadn't arrived and was 1 hour 45 minutes late. I hired Speedycleans from Angie's List to power wash my home; The 2 men they sent were 5 hours late and did not have the right equipment to do the job. They couldn't find the fill hole for the cleaner. When I asked what the PSI on the power washer was, they didn't know. They didn't have the right hook ups for the hose. They didn't even have a hose or ladder. Then they told me they'd never power washed a home before. They spent 30 minutes at my home and left asking me to call Speedyclean to tell the office that they couldn't do the job. I called them and when told they'd reschedule, I said no, I no longer have faith in your company. Then I received a fraud alert from my credit card as Speedyclean had already charged me $285.00! The invoice listed the charges were for painting! That was never even discussed and never asked for it. Beware! These people are frauds and criminals! I'm filing a complaint with every consumer protection agency that exists! I don't usually post reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. In fact I got a FRAUD alert from my credit card company before I even called to dispute the first charge then Speedycleaners kept adding more and more charges. read more

Would likely take 2-3 hours however Job not done other than inside of a refrigerator. They think it's ok to charge me for 3 hours for someone to clean the inside of a refrigerator. Not one person would take the time to come over and review the complaint or see the job was not done whatsoever. Poor excuses and responses dealing with this company. You really get what you pay for with this. I decided to give them a chance despite their terrible reviews. I would say don't even schedule them. They were initially very nice with scheduling and very efficient. It seemed fairly priced as well. However on the day of my cleaning my cleaner showed up over an hour late and was very unprofessional. I was moving out of state that day and needed to leave, so I was put over 2.5 hours behind schedule. She did not communicate with me well and when I asked her questions looked very annoyed. Additionally, when I left and came back to check she had clogged the sink and needed me to unclog it. She also continued to ask me if she had been there for 2 hours yet. When she finished the floors there were still some muddy spots that was made very clear no furniture (light furniture I might add) was even moved. Given that I would like my security deposit back I had to clean it myself, but didn't have have time to even ask for the company to remove it as I had to leave the state that day.
