I do not recommend renting from this company. I've been in my apartment for about 8 months now and it's been nothing but issues from the first day I moved in. During the walk through I was told the garage that was left would be cleaned up and it's still has not till this day. The flooring has some damage and when I addressed it I was told they have pictures from before I moved in showing there were no damages and they will not provide these pictures even though I have showed them multiple times it's looked like this since moving in. My bedroom ceiling caved in due to the upstairs neighbors water pipe breaking causing my room to be extremely unlivable not even a month into living at my apartment and it took them 5 days to come and fix it so for 5 days my room left to sit. They did not offer anything in return such as putting me in a hotel or anything. My bathroom toilet has overflowed over 20 times and I've been putting request in for the last 4-5 months now and it's now just fixed. I've been nothing but nice every time I've addressed these concerns and there are a few other issues and they have just been very unprofessional and unpleasant during all of this. I've call many times and I keep getting told I will be contacted and I get no response. I'm being told I'm harassing them now. How is me complaining trying to get someone to come fix these issues harassment. I just spoke with sherry and she was honestly unprofessional. How do you rent something this damaged to someone and when you get confronted all you can say is why would you rent it then. Very unprofessional behavior and it's sad that this is how they treat people and then try and accuse me of these damages. read more

Horrible rental company. When I contacted the company, I was told that water would be included in the payments they make as "landlords". When I started getting billed for water, I called Speicher and they informed me that they had not agreed to that, and I was responsible for all utilities. If this wasn't bad enough, they also have charged me for additional Sewage and Garbage bills, which were not discussed as being separate from the Water and Sewage charges I was already getting. My recommendation is to find a different rental company that has full transparency! read more

Sheree Speicher of Speicher Select Properties did an initial walk-through of my property on April 17, 2019 and told me that she would do a "work-up" and e-mail me the report in a few days. After not hearing anything for several weeks, I sent her a follow-up e-mail on May 6, 2019. She answered that e-mail and stated "I wasn't aware that you need this so quickly. I will get a report out to you in the next day or two". I replied via e-mail again on June 1, 2019 and asked what time frame I could expect her report. This e-mail went unanswered. I e-mailed her for the last time again on June 17, 2019 asking "Can I please get some kind of timeline as to when I can expect that report? It's really important for me to know where I stand in regards to the value of this house as it stands now so I know how to proceed." Again, this e-mail went unanswered as well. To me, this is not very professional. If an agent tours a home and states that they are going to send a report in a few days and doesn't, then makes it as if I was the one that set the timing of receiving that report, then just plain decides to ignore my e-mails, what kind of service would I receive if I did proceed with this real estate agent? I'm sorry, but this is not only totally unprofessional, but also rude by not replying to the e-mails of a prospective client. Apparently she is doing well enough that she doesn't need new clients so I'll help her with that. read more
