We were told usually after ordering a home, it could be delivered In about 6 weeks. The time to install on foundation and complete the building process, about another 6 weeks. The house was placed on it's foundation in the middle of March 2020. After: April, May, June, mid July the home was completed. That was a long 12 weeks. I met with the owner without my wife who passed away in mid June. At this point, I seriously considered selling the home. We did the walk thru and compiled a punch list for repairs needed. The last item on the list was the completion of the driveway. Well, no one has been out to address any of the issues on the list. I took care of all the punch items myself but could not finish the driveway. Since July of last year I have been asking, emailing, with no success. In late April I emailed again asking if you forgot about me, I was told she would get this taken care of ASAP. In June I followed up again, this time my email was ignored. In August I ran into the owner onsite at another home and asked him again. I let him know the mud and mess it was and wanted it completed. His reply was we'll have it done by winter, I let him know how unacceptable that was but it didn't concern him. They have been paid in full since July 2020 and have not been back since. I would not recommend Cana Homes to anyone!!! They were all great till after the sale, that's when promises disappeared and their lack of service after the sale took over.

Anytime I had a question or concern, she got back to me within 24hours. Once the mod was set, she immediately got to work and got us in there in less than a month. Her excavation crew, Ricky, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. There have been issues as far as manufacture issues, but she is correcting all of them. I'm a realist so were there bumps in the road? sure, there ALWAYS is but I believe it's how you correct those bumps and the service a company provides and they provided amazing service and she gave me a beautiful home. I'll always be grateful for that.

I could sense that the representative was not interested to earn my business and initially wanted to make the scheduling so hard so that I can take my Business somewhere else and next when I get the the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance their plan was not to be at the showroom. I had a hunch and contacted them in the morning to reconfirm our appointment but at noon I got the email back that there is scheduling conflict and they just cancelled my appointment. I have to make advance arrangements to get off work earlier and open up my schedule to accommodate their schedule. I also took the initiative to reconfirm the appointment or I would have been driving all the way to find out that no one is available at your showroom. When I email them on the day of the appointment I got a reply back around noon that there is a scheduling conflict and they are cancelling my appointment without an option to move the appointment in earlier hour or later hours. Later I was emailed that If I like I can book the appointment on any other day . How can their be scheduling conflict when the appointment was done 2 weeks in advance and discussed in detail and why I was not informed well in advance of a scheduling conflict till I contacted them or would have been standing outside their showroom. If they can't accommodate a prospective customer on more then 2 weeks advance notice and also don't inform them of schedule change unless the customer checks back on the day of the appointment I am not sure how the service would be in the future if we decide to proceed with them. Also Jackie in the office was on top of everything and kept us on schedule with meeting with all our vendors, making sure we didn't miss anything and that we got everything ordered in a timely manner.
