ALL LIES !! He then blocked me and when I got a new number he just ignored me with read receipts.He had assured me that he was confident in his ability to find me and my children a house and I understand things happen but he then stopped communicating with me when he saw that he couldn't live up to his promises . But after my experience, I'm really glad I made the move to Rent Appeal. Communication has been great, everything has been handled professionally, and it's taken a real weight off my shoulders as a landlord. Deceitful, poor communication, disrespectful of your time, unprofessional and petty. Our…read moreneighborhood unfortunately chose them as our HOA. They are slow or don't respond at all to emails. I asked for zoom meetings when the pandemic first started and got the cold shoulder, it says conference calls are allowed in the bylaws. When they do respond they lie and make false promises, luckily I keep all communications. We tried setting up a time for a call to sort out their error but instead of answering my calls or just leaving an apology on my voicemail they decided to be petty and play phone tag for 2 weeks so I gave up. My wife is in a high risk pregnancy and I have no time for foolishness. If this is how it is for just an HOA, I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be like to have them manage property or rent from them.
