They will even let you return a game if it doesn't work in your console, and will trade it with another one free of cost. Lastly, they are a one-stop-shop and they carry all of the accessories you may have forgotten about (like cords, memory cards galore, and cases for handhelds). I bet you forgot all about the rumble pack for you N64 controller, or the core memory expansion that you need to play certain games. Whatever it is retro, you name it, they have it. I absolutely expect blaster boxes and retail products to be sold at or near the manufacturer's suggested retail price. That's literally what MSRP exists for. If the same box is sitting at Target, Walmart, or online for around retail, why should customers be treated like idiots for questioning massive markups? Instead of having a respectful conversation, the attitude seemed to be 'shop somewhere else if you don't like it.' Fair enough, and that's exactly what many collectors are doing now. Local shops keep blaming distributors, overhead, and the market, but customers also have a right to decide when pricing crosses the line from reasonable profit into straight-up inflation. What made it worse was publicly lecturing customers online for noticing the discrepancy. That kind of attitude destroys trust fast. A card shop should feel like a place for collectors, not a place where customers get mocked for knowing what products actually retail for

I love the selection; however, I feel like they have limited offerings. The blind boxes are lacking, pokemon is popular, yes. But so is Disney, SailorMoon, Sword Art, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc... don't get me wrong. I do like the ones they have [overall], just would like to see some other options. A lot of these blind boxes are what you could find if you were to go to Japan and visit their gashapon locations. I would LOVE to see an entire row of those machines stocked in there. I'd probably go broke if they did that. As for service. The staff is typically friendly, but I did hear them tell others they couldn't bring drinks or food in there. I get it. They want to protect the goods and let's be honest here folks. People NO LONGER care about others property. People are so careless and have an attitude of, 'Oh, well, too bad' and don't care if they stain something that now has to be written off. You may not like it, but be respectful. It's really not that hard folks. I hope that they change it up a little though and bring in more stuff. I also hope that someday people will understand that this is a collectables store with stationery.

The figure selection has been so so but nothing really worth being excited about. The prices for many items have also increased significantly. My kiddo was coming here for cinnamoroll, hutsune miku, chikawa, and spirited away items. However both hot topic and box lunch have had almost identical items for typically 15% less on average. It's a bummer because we liked coming here. Now it's kinda a let down.
