Even called once to check that the payment was satisfactory! The rate has jumped, as expected, due to very high nursing home costs (over $400,000 for three years). Met Life and other companies won't take the risk, and stopped writting policies in California. Despite the cost, I'm glad I have this.

Alan was patience, thoughtful and spent the time helping me understand various coverages, how they work, and analyzing what would be the most economical for me. Rarely do you find any professional/agent who has the patient and compassion to work with someone who is just utterly confused by the system all the time. And back then, it was just a simple car coverage. Since then, as I have grown up and my needs have changed, Alan has been my go-to guy for all my insurance needs (vehicles, homes, life, etc.). During these years, there has been stressful times where Alan has been there for me and my family, he is always reliable and having him during these times made everything easier. For example, there was once a car accident where I was hit by another car.
