He has really helped me to cope with my lupoid nephrosis and my mom has said that this guy saved her life. He is a very knowledgeable nephrologist and he is always readily available to his patients. Even when he is out of office, the phone number goes to an emergency medical service with a doctor on call. This is very helpful...especially with a spontaneous and unpredictable illness like lupus. I love Dr.Frank so much, that even when I was in school in Rochester, and now that I'm living in Harlem...I still make the trek out to Long Island to see him. The office is a little bit dated...But they've got good magazines and they play News 12...They're also pretty well located...right off of Sunrise Highway, so it's pretty easy to find. They also have their own parking lot. You know what else I love about this office? They usually always run on or really close to schedule...which is rare for ANYONE these days, let alone a doctor's office.

It was a terrible experience and they misdiagnosed my son. I had heard about Dr Caduri but i was concerned about the hours since she was a sole practitioner. She always makes herself avaliable for me. When she is not in the office, calls get forwarded to her cellphone (which she ALWAYS answers). She even volunteered to come to the office on Saturday to see my son when he wasn't feeling well. She takes her time and is very thorough and gets to know the kids. My son is not just another patient to her. I am moving to Florida in 2 weeks and my only complaint is that I cannot take her with me. I struggled for a while to find someone who wanted to tackle some of the issues I was having. I still feel like I'm off in the weeds at times but at least I have Laporta. This country's system is the problem. What they've done to us financially, nutritionally, psychologically... I digress. LaPorta office is decent, a lot of aggravation with scripts being sent wrong or not at all, but at least she's there for me; it's tough to get appointments at times and I just have to call a few too many times for my liking, but maybe she's just that popular
