They've got great product...it's going to need to be customer service that is going to keep them afloat in this risky economic climate. Price wise, this place isn't too bad. I mean, it's certainly not the service that keeps people coming back to this ashtray of a pawn shop; no matter who is behind the counter, they automatically fix a piercing glare on you the moment you walk in the store, as though you just interrupted a hostage negotiation or called the owner's mother a name. It truly baffles me that money ever changes hands in there. Even back in the day, their selection of games was anemic; now it's just plain sad - I mean, if you want to buy 12 copies of NHL 94 for your Genesis, hey, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay FAR away...even if you are desperate for cash, do not bring in your games unless you want a laughable fraction of what you could get for them on eBay or Amazon. Just...seriously.
