This place is awesome. Get the taco or Sicilian pizza.

Went to spencers with a friend on a thursday. The building looks like an old factory. inside is pretty cozy. I was greeted by the overwhelming stench of old oil. The smell stuck to me for many hours after I left too. I was not holding out much hope for this pizza despite the great reviews on yelp. However, The pizza was actually edible. Unfortunately there was too much sauce and the crust simply does not hold up. Its not a terrible pizza, but its far from the best pizza in the area. Frys were acceptable (burger king style) no heinz ketchup. Thats a pet peeve of mine. Not the worst bar pizza. but far from the best in the area. read more

Best Bar Pizza, people and it is very clean! I can't stand ignorance! When I read bad reviews on a establishment, I expect it to be about their food, but a lot of people whine about being on hold, their allergies or diet issues! Well, that is not rating food or good feedback to anyone. Funny thing is.. Dominos could never do any wrong, but people would pay for dough with MSG in a heartbeat! People should think before quickly bashing small businesses, not just Spencer's, but all small businesses. You don't understand that their business taxes reduces yours! Dude with wife that doesn't eat bacon, I am sure they replaced it if you asked ( but you still had to whine and give it a one star- great people you both are!) I have gotten salads from Panera with dashes of bacon and if I don't want it, I tell them! They don't advertise bacon on their salads. If I got bacon, they replace it, but I wouldn't bash anyone who only tried to spice up the flavors for their customer. Woman that was put on hold, that is standard business! You are not the only one trying to get through! Have some support for local businesses. If you must give feedback then be real, but don't deceive the rest of us with your high maintenance and self centered need to whine because you did not get it your way once! read more

Never had a problem getting a sheet pizza in town at Louie's or Abington house. Called at 11:30 am to see if I could get a sheet pizza at 7pm for an event that was last minute due to a family illness,and they told me it has to be a full day of notice. They make pizzas all day long here not sure what the problem is. Called Abington house and was able to get it no problem, looks like I will be going there from now in! read more

Good food. So-so service. They don't seem to appreciate your business which, in my mind, is probably the biggest no-no in the food service industry. I mean, they couldn't survive without customers so why treat us like we are a burden? read more

I get their catering size sheet pan when entertaining. My friends and neighbors love it! Never a wasted slice. Best Sicilian around. I love that one sheet can feed 15 people. read more

From a very picky eater with high standards; specially when it comes to PIZZA! I ordered from this place as a treat for my employees and OMG did they lick every finger!!!!!! Catering size Sicilian Pizza to please any crowd, and an A+++ bar pizza to enjoy any day/night. From the Taco pizza, Chicken BBQ (my favorite) to the plain Cheese Pizza, I assure you this place takes Pizza to a whole new level. You got to try and judge for yourself. After trying it you will agree that commuting for it is totally worth it! :) read more

Love the decor in the place! Have never ate in the restaurant but always pick up. Love the different combos of pizza! My favorite was the taco pizza and the BLT pizza! Always looking to try new combos though! None have disappointed us so far! read more

Been a while since we had this pizza. So we got 2 cheese, buffalo and BBQ chicken pizza. Note I only said buffalo and BBQ. My wife got the BBQ chicken. She eats 2 or 3 slices. I grabbed one and noticed there's bacon on it. My wife can not eat pork. I call and talked to the owner. He said they put it on for flavor. I didn't say I wanted bacon at all. I asked for BBQ chicken not BBQ chicken/ bacon. Why would you put something on a pizza that was not asked for. Not a word on the menu. Never going again. Be very clear what you order. read more

DO NOT call and pre-pay for your order & have someone else pick it up for you. I just had someone do this and went there and they stated "a very old couple came & got the pizzas, they stated they were your friends" when that couldn't have happened because there is no older couple were friends with that would've picked up pizzas. This also happened to my one of my friends on Christmas Eve when her children went to grab pizzas. read more

I am a pizza connoisseur and Spencer's is on the top of my list of Best Bar pizza places in massachusetts. It's a small place, Fenway Park theme styled inside and most of the time I just get the pizza for take out. When i first started going there 6 years ago it was $5.45 for a plain cheese and they have slowly gone up a couple cents pretty much every month. Last two weeks ago when I went it was $6.90 When I went today it was $7.06 and the guy who knows i'm a regular over there made me a break a $10 for the 6 cents. Very good pizza but they need to stop hiring there prices. In another 6 years or so they'll be probably charging $10 for the small cheese pizza! May stick to Poopsies in Pembroke for bar style pizza for a while. read more

Love their bar barque chicken pizza. Better than any other place. Other pizzas are really good also.

This place used to have very good pizza, new ownership now and pizza is similar but is now lacking something. They do have some pretty good subs, salads are small for the price. Overall would eat occasionally but still crave the original pizza, wish they could match it better. I not sure why a few people reviews suggest the chicken & broccoli calzone it is not good...very bland chicken and the cheese is too creamy. read more

I couldn't say enough about this place. Buffalo chicken was absolutely delicious. I also got the BLT pizza. Just incredible. It looks like such a sketchy place on the outside but then you go in and it is a really well designed sports feel. Tons of Red Sox memorabilia line the walls. There is a little bit of Celtics stuff sprinkled in. Really nice seating also. Service was pretty good and they even have a small selection of beer. It's a small pizza place. Don't go expecting a nice restaurant because its not. The best way to describe it is a really nice pizza place. Me and a friend ordered the food and sat down and they brought the food over to us instead of just saying it was all set. I love this place. Can't wait to go back. I'd have to say my favorite pizza place. read more

Excellent bar pizza. Everything is fresh. Try the buffalo chicken or taco pizza

Great bar pizza, the only problem is that it's hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is excellent and other times it's just ok. Subs aren't bad either, big fan of their sub rolls which I'm pretty sure are made on site. This place would do a killing if it had a sit down bar and didn't look like a warehouse from the outside. read more

Still taste the same as it did when my dad took me here as a kid. Absolutely my favorite pizza of all time!
