Upon arrival I had a balance of $40 to pay and I asked to see the bouquet before I paid the remaining balance. The bouquet was so small and nothing what I had asked for. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY! When our daughter passed in 2005, Paula added dates to also deliver flowers to her grave.
