Asked him to fix our pool plumbing that was improperly installed (by him) for which he never fixed it. He also stopped responding to all my texts. Had to get someone else to come and fix his mess. He also does not maintain a salt water pools appropriately. Just dumps buckets of chlorine in it and doesn't stabilize it. Pinch a penny said our chemistry was completely off with him maintaining our pool. If I were you I'd find someone else.

They ignored my request for repair of concrete steps and added expensive equipment replacement and duplication. They also advised overhaul of filter that had just been done by someone else. The inspector obviously did not look at it, just selling more service. AND, they do maintain their work or have pool service. The below was sent to them by email. I am disappointed that you don't provide the service that I need and you took my money for evaluation. It resulted in only stating obvious work and was just an advertisement for you to do the work. You don't do maintenance (that I thought you did) and you don't repair the broken steps. Also, you did not send others who could. Not happy about it. HMJ
