The inspector obviously did not look at it, just selling more service. AND, they do maintain their work or have pool service. The below was sent to them by email. I am disappointed that you don't provide the service that I need and you took my money for evaluation. It resulted in only stating obvious work and was just an advertisement for you to do the work. However the value does not add up. They did initially indicate that the acid wash would be done without draining the pool. Although that was a red flag, I decided to give a try since they guaranteed at least eighty percent of the spots to be removed. However, even the dirt from the pool floor wasn't removed, which makes me question whether it was properly vacuumed. That was discussed prior to the start of work, and I was assured this would be completely taken care of. Brittany is super nice, however I found the labor insufficient unfortunately.
