But once you walk in, you are happily greeted and find yourself in a much-larger-from-the-inside-than-it-looks-outside kinda place (funny I would find something like this in England, but that's another story altogether.) Anyway, inside the place is very nicely decorated - elegantly I would say, and the waiters are dressed to wait on you as if you were at the Ritz. The service was maybe a bit slow, but it made up for it in their patience with us, and how well they checked on us throughout the meal. Now, speaking of the meal - what a spread they have available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For under 20-pounds per person, you can select an appetizer, main dish, vegetable side (or naan bread) and rice. The portions they bring out are big - so big none of us could finish it, and they bring it out in style that allowed us to try each other's main dish and sides. Not only a delicious meal, but a pleasant experience had by all. If you're every in Lakenheath and drive by this very plain looking Indian restaurant and decide not to give it another look - put that thought out of your mind and give them a try.
