The model is a build your own bowl concept. I ended up building a regular sized bowl with tuna, salmon, and shrimp. By the time it was complete - I gave myself the title of chef. After I sat, I realized that I just made a new friend in Hoki Poki. The food was delicious! As I mentioned, the place is small.
