Food - The Xa Long Bao (soup dumplings) were nice and plump, freshly cooked and super-hot. This was the best part of the meal. Thee two appetizers - fried shrimp (very safe choice) were crispy without being greasy and the red dipping sauce was more sweet than spicy. And the spicy edamame was good. I also liked that the menu has photos for every item, which makes ordering a lot easier. They're also selling crawfish right now even though it's not on the menu.
