6:20-July 1-party of 6. The place kinda reads like a fast food joint. Even when you enter you have to wonder what Dairy Queen went out of business for this place to take over. Seat yourself. It's cold. Like WTF-cold. Almost make you miserable. Cold. I can't recall if they serve adult beverages. I ordered a water, cuz my brother was picking up the tab- and I didn't wanna be a lush. We ordered four pots of saucy food. And Naan. Tip #1: share the Naan- one order definitely feeds 2. Tip #2: share the food. We ordered 4 pots of food for six people and still took 3 pints of food home. The food was fantastic and took about 15 minutes to hit the table. My only complaint it the temperature. In my humble opinion: 3.5

I was so excited to try this place. I absolutely love Indian food. The food I must say was very good. We got the tikka masala which at first glance was an unnatural color. Gave me food coloring vibes for some reason but it was actually very good. The chicken korma was also delicious. The garlic naan was fantastic! This place definitely gives off fast food vibes which I wasn't expecting but overall it was great!

An explosion of flavor from the less anticipated place. I passed by Spicy India hundreds of times, and it never caught my attention because, to be honest, a restaurant beside a gas station was not my cup of tea. A friend from Abilene recommended the place and assured me I would like it. He was wrong because the restaurant blew my mind!! I ordered Chicken Tikka for $11.99 and the Spicy Indian Goat curry $14.99. I came from Houston, where you can find great Indian restaurants, but they are no competition to Spicy Indian. Their tamarindo and mint sauce are the best. Their service was fast even when they had a lot of people on Sunday at lunch. I would highly recommend this place

    Gongora Dal and a Samosa.

I ordered a Samosa, Gongura Dal, and Kadai Vegetable. The Samosa order came with 3 and yummy sauce. The Kadai Vegetable was HOT, but you can order less heat. Pictured is Gongora Dal. I usually drink Sauv Blanc with Indian, but the Dal needed a red. I had Windblown open, and it was just right.

I came out a few weeks ago with my sister. It had been years since I ate here because I moved away. I wish I could remember what all we ordered. I believe a mushroom masala was was mushrooms and peas, garlic naan, whatever she ordered. Though I don't remember everything we ate that day, I remember it being delicious. The servings are so large, we had much to take home. Leftovers are just as good so we enjoyed it twice.
