The customer service at Spider control is so amazing! I scheduled an appointment and to be honest due to mom brain I forgot about it. My sister scheduled a water splash pad plat date. She was almost to my house when the technician showed up to spray. He called me and explained he was at my house. I then told him I forgot and my kids were outside in swim suits. He was so kind and he told me to let them play. Andrew said he could come back in a few hours to let them play. I told him they nap at 12 pm so any time after 12 would be so amazing. I felt so bad and he assured me that it was perfectly fine and he wanted the kids to have a fun time outside. I will be booking again! Also if you are a customer they offer deals here and there. We have used this company for spider control for many years. They have always been very professional and stand behind their service. Their prices are reasonable. So this is an FYI message for those of you that use The Spider Control people. We have used them for years. However, they sprayed our house on August 22. Today 10 Days later I called to complain because we still have spiders at the house. The lady I spoke to told me they would only come and re-spray the house if we had a four times a year plan with them. So basically I took my $65 and burned it up and threw it in the Canal. This company was recommended by a couple friends to take care of a yellow jacket nest we discovered on the side of our house. They are actually attempting to tunnel into the house with the nest and we had found some in our basement as well. I called Spider Control to get a quote and ask their availability around 3:30pm on the Friday of Labor Day weekend, expecting a quote and maybe to set up an appointment for next week. Much to my surprise, I was told a tech could be out within the hour to take care of the nest! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who came out, as he was super kind, courteous and thorough with his explanation of how he planned to take care of the problem. He checked my basement twice, before and after he did his removal business, just to ensure the problem was properly taken care of! Very impressed with the customer service and happy to employ a local business. Nice people but be advised when they come to spray, your windows are covered in film. I had to pay $85 to have someone come out and clean the exterior of all our windows. When I asked if this was normal, they said they always tell their customers to expect this. It was never mentioned to me. I paid over $220 between their service and the window cleaning. Not worth it as I still have lingering bugs. read more

Highly recommend them! I was referred to them by one of their long time customers who uses them for spiders. I had wasps nesting under ground, specifically under my driveway! They came out the same day I called and took care of it! I was at work when they came and when I got home I could see where they treated, but could not smell chemicals, which is very important to me! So far no wasps or whatever they were! HUGE flying things with huge stingers! I have seen some dead ones, which is what they said would happen.
