My wife and I had critter catchers come out and yes there was evidence of bats I told her that they were going to go up there inspect everything in the Attic which they did and take pictures when it came back down they said they could not give us the pictures because they didn't take them what was the point of them going up there and not coming back with any proof except for our word that they felt over bats up there which they were but I gave us a quote of $2,500 which was very very hi and charged us a fee to come out here the check for the bats we called a different company for half the price and the same service which they took care of the bats and we're very satisfied stay away from me scam artist I probably should have got her money back for them to come out they charged us $125 to come back we should have got that back because they did not provide us with any pictures stay away from these people look around there's companies out there with much better prices read more

I did Not have a current problem, I just wanted to close 6 fist size holes. My house has 3 windows where the frame goes up to the facia boards. So a squirrel or birds could go in on the side and hang out there. Not in the house just under the facia. The only way to close it is to take chicken wire and ball it up the size of a soft ball then put it in the opening. I'm 65 and shouldn't be on a ladder so I called CC. The guy wouldn't do anything until he inspected my roof line $250. Then sends me an estimate for $1600. I'm not cheap and I'm not stupid. If you know what you need and can't do it yourself call a handyman. read more

the pricing was stated up front, there were no surprises. When I agreed to have mice traps (poison) put down I asked if there was a risk to my dogs. I was assured there has never been an issue with their product killing a dog. Wrong. The loss of my beautiful 4-year old therapy dog has been heartbreaking. The thousands of dollars spent trying to save his life pales in comparison to his absence. Please be honest and let anyone know with pets that they are absolutely at risk from your rodenticide. read more

Company does not show up on appointment day, claims to send someone on a different day, doesn't fill bait stations and notes on invoivce bait stations were not filled, then bills for service. When you tell them to come out on the agreed upon date and fill the bait stations according to the agreement, they dismiss you as a customer. read more

We set up an appointment by email stating that we thought we had a bat problem. The response said they would send a tech, but neglected to mention that it is bat maternity season and they would therefor be unable to take care of the problem. Had we been told initially that they legally could not take care of our main concern (bats) at this time, we wouldn't have had the tech to our home. Since there is a $165 or thereabouts charge just to send a tech, It is frustrating to not have been told that they couldn't help us going in. read more

Although the service is expensive, the results are definitely worth the price . Our service man, Chad David , was outstanding. He was polite and well mannered and took his time assessing our critter concerns. There were bats above our garage and the crew assessed their access points and repaired and closed points of entry installing devices to enable the critters to leave and not return. It is a relief knowing what a good job they did. They have returned a number of times to check on any evidence of bats. Great company and service was excellent. read more

Update to my first review: This past weekend, I was dropping my mom off at home when my dad called and told her not to come inside. Apparently, a squirrel had made its way into their house! Thankfully, he trapped him in the fireplace! I called Critter Catchers (at 9pm on a Saturday night) and spoke with someone who, although was unable to help due to it not being a mouse or bat and our location, was extremely sympathetic and gave me a contact name and number for someone close by. The person they referred called back in minutes and arrived within 30 minutes (on a Saturday night!). Even though Critter Catchers isn't technically responsible for my mom and dad's happy outcome, they still deserve some kudos for the help they could offer so late on a Saturday. And my mom was able to sleep that night without freaking out. :-) read more

Very unhappy that I was required to pay $150 for a quote! Never would I, or should anyone have to pay to receive a quote! Every person owes it to themselves to do their own due diligence and get a few different quotes when spending money on a service. If I pay 3 people to give me a quote I would have been out $450 without having had any work done. That is theft! You are stealing from hard working people. You then quoted me $1,950 for a bat removal service for a minor problem. After you left I called your office to discuss how I was never notified of a service fee when low and behold while I was waiting on hold the fee was mentioned. Shady, very shady. Shame on you for what you are doing. Any respectable business would never take advantage of people. This speaks volumes for the type of business you run here. I was able to receive free quotes from other bat removal companies, I spent over $1,000 less for the same service you offered but will never recoup that $150. read more

Excellent company to work with. We had a bat problem in July. But I waited to the end of August to contact Critter Catchers. Their bat technician came by just after labor day as we asked. Wrote a contact and the next week they came out. The tech where very professional. Last week Oct 7 th we removed the bar doors. As my luck goes the bats came back late last week. This morning I called that the bats had return. The person on the over end of the phone said "no problem. There will a crew at your house this morning" This was his "A" with many years of experience. As said on the phone the crew showed this morning. Found two possible entryways in into the attic. Put new Bat doors on. Explained the possible problems. Very polite and friendly guys... Chad was super nice. I have been having a mouse problem for a few months now. They are in the ceiling. Chad came out, treated,told me it was a new infestation and should notice a difference within 3 weeks. Well I'm sitting on the couch and I can here them above same as before. $244.00 and 1 month later and there are still mice. Was told to give it a bit longer and I should notice a difference. If additional treatment is needed there is a $69.00 charge. I think that's a bit steep. I still have mice. I will follow the advice and give it a little longer to work. I will update reveiw if it works. Update: After 5 weeks I still had a problem. Critter Catchers came back out and did a second application for a charge of $65.00. So far so good. I'm not hearing them anymore. read more

Great company! In the beginning of August - I noticed mouse droppings, in my kitchen. So devastated. I contacted Critter Catchers by e mail and was impressed by how quickly they were to respond. Not only were they quick to respond, they were able to get me an appointment quickly. Chad came out to our house - he was on time, courteous and thorough. I called Critter Catchers in late January to come out due to a mice problem. They came out on time and set traps and the charge was $244.00. One of the problem areas was the drawer under the Electric Range where we store pans. The other day, we discovered more mice droppings there. I called, and was told that the charge would be another $95.00 to fix a problem that wasn't taken care of last time. I told them no way. There should be some kind of guarantee to fix a problem that wasn't corrected the last time. No more. I told them to cancel service with me! read more

This was our first time and hopefully last time with a bat issue, and luckily it was a simple one. I was very happy with the service I received today. Ricki on the phone was very helpful, and today David arrived to capture a bat in our fireplace that was between the wire mesh "curtain" and the glass doors. It was already dead, which I didn't know, but the fact that I don't have to look at it anymore is priceless. He did a thorough inspection of our attics and the exterior of our house and gave us a report and options if we want to proceed further. He was very professional and so nice to chat with. We paid $1325 in October of 2014 for a bat exclusion. Critter Catchers came back in May 2015 and removed the doors, they also have a 1 year warranty, with that in mind, essentially 2 1/2 years later (Sept 2018) we noticed the bats may have returned. Called Critter Catchers to have an inspection ($149) and they now want to charge me $1700 to resolve the problem again!! I explained I felt that was unfair, since I'm a return customer and they were suppose to have resolved the issue 4 years ago. I'm very concerned and confused when a company determines you have a problem (Bats), then "solves" the problem and then doesn't stand by their resolution. It seems like a conflict of interest....way different when you have radon...a company tests for radon and then another company resolves the problem. I'm not unreasonable, I understand we are dealing with unpredictable and persistent animals...and I was willing and ready to pay to resolve the problem....I just wanted to be treated fairly.
