For over a month we were being aimlessly directed by a very part-time inexperienced agent. Prior to finding Lisa/Jen I spent countless days of viewing unorganized listings. Weekends were left alone scouring open houses. We is where we kept running across Lisa Morgan at open houses. After a solid month and a half of working with a part time agent, living in a hotel with our dog, spending thousands of dollars, our lives stuffed in storage pods; we decided to leave our part-time realtor and start working with Lisa Morgan. They accepted our offer shortly after listing. We soon learned that they subsequently accepted ANOTHER offer from another buyer and had 2 active contracts in place. When we raised the legal issues of this, Kym Ottaviani took over for Anya saying that she was inexperienced and did not understand things. After the rough start, we were afraid that Kym and Anya were going to make the closing as unfriendly and difficult as possible. Sure enough, Kym became difficult to reach, was unresponsive to our calls and requests for info. In the end, we ultimately decided that trying to work with Rex Realty was not worth all the headache and did not go through with the transaction.

The high ceilings make it feel more spacious than it actually is. I wasn't expecting the storage space so that was a pleasant surprise. The property and amenities have the feel of a high end hotel. The sky lounge is great place to watch the sunset or have a drink with a friend. The pool and hot tub are always clean and they don't skimp on the heater! It's a really fun place to hang out on the weekends and meet up with neighbors. We also joined the boat club at The marina accross the street so we just walk over to grab a boat. also, no need for a gym membership.....the gym is well stocked with everything and there is a separate yoga studio with a gorgeous view of the pool. The covered assigned parking is also a plus. The staff is awesome! Yvette, AJ, Megan and Erica are so friendly and helpful. They plan activities and get togethers all the time. From movie nights at the pool to champagne toasts at sunset in the sky lounge or resident holiday parties. The maintenance staff are always on property working on projects. They are very prompt at addressing any issues. I know all of them by name and feel totally comfortable having them in the apartment when I'm not home if anything needs to be addressed. Last but not least Location location location. So close to the beach,downtown St Pete, Gulfport,and the Pinelas bike trail. I love riding my bike everywhere and you can literally walk to Publix. I've been living at Town Place for over 2 decades, and find the place wonderful. The staff is…read moreoutstanding. Sure there have been a few ups and downs, but in the end, it all worked out. There is one individual I would like to mention, his name is Armando ( head of the maintenance dept. ) about 3 weeks ago Armando came by my Apt to do a checkup on my Apt., he noticed right away my right foot was swollen, and discolored, I told him I'd been sick in bed for 4 days. He HIGHLY suggested to go get the foot checked out. I did, and ended up in the hospital for over a week. eventually a lot of surgery and pain. If Armando had not alerted me, I probably end up with osteomyelitis and possibly have died...Town place is centrally located in Clearwater, there is a super Walmart across the street.
