The motel is nestled near several highrise, pricey hotels and away from the busy touristy crowds and noise. My wife and I loved the place instantly. Everything is within walking distance and the parking is free at Echo Sails. The room is more of a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, fridge and microwave, large screen t.v., cable and free WiFi. Yes it's an older property, but it is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the pool out front as well. Now, what really makes this place special is the manager Rachel Chotalia. This woman made us feel as if we were staying over at a friend's place for the weekend. She is very kind, helpful and a great conversationalist! My wife and I always looked forward to speaking with Rachel after our beach and boating activities. Rachel is an amazing person and because of how wonderful she treated us and how much we like this quaint little place we definitely will only stay at Echo Sails when visiting Clearwater. Toce: "Toce from the maintenance team has been outstanding in helping us through several issues with our AC unit. We initially had problems related to the freon, and later there were issues with the motor in the unit itself. While mechanical equipment will inevitably have problems from time to time, Toce worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed properly and that our AC was running as it should. Living in Clearwater, Florida, reliable air conditioning is incredibly important, especially during the intense heat, and Toce consistently made us feel supported and taken care of throughout the process. His responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to helping residents truly stood out. We really appreciate all of his hard work." Mathew: Matthew from the maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic in helping us troubleshoot and repair our AC unit issues. He was always available, responsive, and committed to making sure we were taken care of. One moment in particular really stood out to us. Our AC stopped working after hours on a Saturday night, and with the Clearwater heat, the apartment was quickly becoming uncomfortable. We called the leasing office and left a message, honestly wondering what the chances were that someone would actually come out that late on a weekend. About 20 minutes later, Matthew arrived with a smile on his face and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue -- even going up to the roof to investigate the system. He was able to get the AC running again temporarily so we could get through the weekend comfortably, but what impressed us even more was that he didn't stop there. Matthew later came back to perform a deeper inspection to identify the root cause of the issue. It turned out the evaporator coil needed a thorough deep cleaning, which was causing the breaker to trip. After he completed the cleaning, the AC has been running amazingly well ever since. Problems can happen with any mechanical system, but Matthew was relentless in making sure we felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. We truly appreciate his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude. Thank you, Matthew!

This complex is does poor repairs the management will take your deposit and will always have an excuse on why they can't sol a problem. The complex manager should be fired she would not email about elevator issues and just let you find out when you run into it like the elevator breaking down monthly and take weeks to repair. She also, made it when I lost my deposit because she would let her family members do whatever they want from walking their dogs off leash while other people with dogs are responsible if her dog got killed because it would run up to dogs on a leash. And from that she ran out of the office and try to threaten me with legal actions because her dog could had been hurt and when I moved out she did a false report on my apartment charging me with a cleaning fee and put a pro-rate fee to deplete the rest of my deposit. Just find it odd after cleaning my apartment and having zero damage and steam cleaning my carpets three times before moving out and magically owe the precise amount to make my deposit go to zero for a pro-rate I paid at my last month.
