So I wanted to wait until I got my rental deposit back before writing this review, and I am pleased to report we got 100% of it back- thanks to their awesome carpet cleaning! They were super easy to schedule with, and totally understood and didn't push for an upgrade when I said I wanted just the most basic clean to finish our move out. If you need naturally clean floors in a short amount of time, Spifco is the way to go! I hired them at the recommendation of a local realtor, and I was not disappointed! They arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know they were on the way. Once here, they asked what we wanted done, and were even able to add in a couple of additional areas we hadn't planned on ahead of time. Ian and Mike were very friendly and professional; not at all judgmental about how filthy our floors were. Then they got to work. Our house is very small, so it only took them about an hour to do the actual cleaning. They were even able to clean our vinyl kitchen floor and ceramic tile entryway with no additional planning ahead needed. (Hopefully they will post the before and after photos on here to show the amazing difference!) They moved around some of the lighter furniture to get under it thoroughly; and they put foam blocks underneath so the carpet will dry under it without causing issues later. They also were able to give us some helpful tips about how to clean up future messes from our Feline fur balls. Our carpet looked and smelled great, and most areas were dry in about 3 hours or so. I hate cleaning with a lot of chemicals, and because they only use deionized water and no chemicals, it didn't leave behind any kind of soapy, sticky residue to attract future dirt. Can't wait to use them again! P.S. I forgot to mention that the price was incredibly reasonable too! I never felt worried about adding a last minute area to be included. read more

Ian and Mike are amazing. They did our entire house which included cleaning four bedrooms with carpet as well as two bathrooms and our kitchen. The carpet turned out not only clean but incredibly soft due to the process with which they use no chemicals in the cleaning. Our grout in the bathrooms and the kitchen was almost not recognizable. Saturday June 13th Quincy with Spifco arrived at my house at 8:01am. Only one minute after my appointment time at 8am. He greeted me with a handshake and requested a quick tour so he could understand exactly what we wanted to have done. He was extremely professional and presentable. He came in and got right to work. He removed all the spots in my carpet and left it smelling fresh and clean. He also cleaned my couch and recliner. They no longer look dingy and the smell of German Shepherd is gone. Great thing about Spifco is that when they leave your home it doesn't smell like a bottle of 409. It smells like a fresh peeled orange. My carpet looks brand new. The owner actually called me (on Saturday Morning) while Quincy was working to assure I was completely satisfied. THE OWNER!!! That has never happened to me with other companies. I have 400 square feet of honey oak hardwood flooring throughout my 2 dining rooms and kitchen. ($10,000 Floor) .My sister and I are active cooks and our hardware floor takes the worst of it. We had a rental that was trashed by the tenants. I doubt the tenant ever cleaned. I called Spifco for a quote to clean the mold, mildew, oil, wax, and who knows what else on my bathtubs, showers, and kitchen counter/floor.
