They came to clean our carpets when we first moved in. I noticed there were some spots still on the carpet. They came back out to clean them again as promised. I thought they would steam clean the spots but all they did was use a spray bottle and towel to try to touch up. Seemed very lazy way to me like they didn't want to drag out the equipment again. Needed the carpets cleaned- it had been a while, and after looking through the Yelp reviews I decided to call Scott. Good move. First, he answered his phone right away. He was personable and fit me in later that week. Seemed like a good guy over the phone. The day of he not only showed up on time, he was early. He carefully looked over the whole house, pre-cleaned all the spots, moved stuff when necessary and then got down to business. Very communicative & friendly throughout. He even did some throw rugs without fuss. He took about 90 minutes, and the results are great. They haven't looked so clean in years, and no chemical smell. While he was doing my daughter's room, he noticed some tearing where the carpet transitions into the hallway tile. We had used tape in a half-assed repair, and he asked if I had any remnant leftovers. I dug them out and within 10 min he had cut a small piece, replaced the torn carpet and blended and glued it in perfectly. Above and beyond. Thanks Yelpers! Yelp working just like it is supposed to. Scott came over to clean a couch I bought at the SPCA store for $25 (good deal huh?). His rate was $75 which was much cheaper compared to the other few places I called (most wanted over $100). I did find 1 place cheaper for $50 but that was a special and they wouldn't have been able to get to me for 2 weeks so I decided to go with Scott based on his professionalism and his reviews. He arrived early (I've noticed people in professions like plumbing, doing cable, roofing, etc, are ALWAYS late!!), took his time and even cleaned a little bit of my carpet because he might have walked in with dirty feet (not sure if he did or not). Our 6 month old puppy tore-up the carpet in the door way of my master bedroom. I thought I would have to replace my wall to wall carpet. I called Scott and he came to my rescue. He seamlessly patched the carpet with some carpet from my hall closet. He also replaced the small patch he used from the hall closet with a piece that he had. He is truly experienced in his trade.
