I had been looking for a quartzite remnant and a shop to turn it into a countertop for my new dual vanity countertop. When I stopped by Raudel's I was met by a professional young man Alex. He showed me the remnants they had and looked over my template. He quickly came up with a good price for the labor. A few weeks later I finally located a remnant that fit my bathroom. Raudel was recommended by our contractor. We needed a very small countertop with backsplash for the laundry room. This was not a big job so I didn't think I would be able to find someone to take it on given how so many people are doing home improvements. We were hoping to find a remnant since it's not a big piece but turns out we didn't find anything we liked. Raudel was willing to use a full size piece and cut it to the size we needed. We brought in our sink so it could be cut to size. Raudel told us he could get this installed in three weeks. We were fine with the timing given we knew most wouldn't take on this small job. The install took just 1.5 hours. I would have given 5 stars but the backsplash needed to be cut which was done in front of the house. The installers left dust from cutting in our landscaping. It would have been nice if they cleaned this up. Very happy with the service and the work. read more

We contracted Raudel to fabricate and install our Quartz counter for our DIY kitchen remodel. We got 3 estimates for the job and Raudel was right in line with the others (a little more expensive, but we also had heard positive feedback on their work from personal friends so we went with them). We later tacked on a tile backsplash installation as I was a bit too intimidated by the mosaic pattern to DIY it. The work on everything was phenomenal. Raudel gave me a quote over the phone (never came out to see) told me it would cost $300.00 because it would take two guys to do. I am replacing my cooktop with a range. All they had to do was make two three inch cuts so I could put the range in. When I called to see about the price and that I was paying $150.00 for a guy to hold a vacuum hose, Raudel told me he could take $20.00 off because he has to pay for insurance etc. to run his business and that these guys get to work at 7:00a.m and had to go out of there way to come to my house. They are incredible. I feel silly for feeling strongly about contractors :) but working with Raudel's team was just amazing. We had a large Kitchen counter install and fireplace refacing projects. Raudel came out himself to do measures and estimates, gave me fabulous advice (and subsequently was always available for anything that came up, mostly me freaking out about design choices). Everything was exactly on time and as promised. Quoting was clear and everything was as quoted. I cannot comment on price, other quotes were kind of not apples to apples, I suspect they are on a higher side (but not extreme), but worth every dime. The crew was so professional and experienced. Both my dad and my husband commented how impressed they were that they didn't do anything without measuring and remeasuring. They are truly truly excellent at what they do. We had gone through four other tile/granite companies before being referred to Raudel's. One company we had originally gone with showed up at our house with the wrong granite and they had it in two pieces. When we ordered it we were adamant that we didn't want a seam because it's a desktop writing area. After the installer showed up with the two pieces of wrong granite, the company told us that due to the length it wasn't possible to not have a seam. We sent the installer on his way with the two pieces of wrong granite, and cancelled the order. We were referred to Raudel's by the employee we ordered cabinets from. Not only was Raudel and his crew super nice and workable, but they were also more reasonably priced AND! they installed the granite WITHOUT a seam! It looks great! I contacted Raudel's Tile to replace the countertop in the master bathroom. Raudel promptly came to my house and I had the estimate the next day. What I like the most about this experience with this company is that it was a one stop shop. He handled the demo, installation of the new counter, electrical, plumbing and patching where needed. We had Raudel's cut and install quartz counter tops in our kitchen. We went with them because no other contractors in town would respond to calls or messages. The construction/renovation business is so busy right now, we could not get anyone to call or email us back. But Alondra at Raudel's was always very quick to respond, schedule our appointments, etc. Their team did a great job for a fair price (no higher or lower than other quotes we received) and the counters look beautiful. I was just very pleased with their customer service and the fact that we only had to wait a few weeks for the job to be completed given how crazy the industry is right now. I needed to have my Master Bath floor tiled with electric radiant heating under it. I had five contractors come and give me bids. Raudel was very knowledgeable, his bid was reasonable, the workers showed up on time, completed the job as scheduled, consulted with me where necessary, and did an outstanding job. We just finished purchasing and completely remodeling our home in ArrowCreek. I got 3 bids for extensive stone and tile work (complete kitchen, backsplash, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and fire place surround. Raudel was fantastic from start to finish! Raudel and his crew were awesome! After getting 3 bids on a very large kitchen counter remodel, Raudel was the fastest to get moving on the estimate. Other granite fabrication companies in town were very late to show up and not very helpful. His bid was right in line with the others, but his prompt response and friendly staff won me over. Which I was thankful for because I really wanted to go with Raudel and his crew. I had heard nothing but good things about him. So my decision to go with him was an easy one. Demo day is a nerve racking day if you've ever been through a remodel. I have been through one before You're worried about the mess and possible damage to things you don't want damaged. Raudel's demo crew was awesome. They explained what they were going to do, the laid down drop cloth and padding everywhere and built a wall of plastic sheeting around my kitchen to contain the mess. They worked their asses off and in one day I had the plywood soft tops ready for the counters. Paulo stayed late to make sure I was happy with the outline of my island. The day we got our new quartz counters, Julio and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. Again they laid down the drop cloths everywhere, I really appreciated that. The installed the counters with the badass ogee square edging, and Julio worked his magic with his disappearing seam act. My island need two slabs, so making that seam non visible was very important to us. They, too, stayed late to make sure every detail was finished and the mess was cleaned. I am so impressed with Raudel, Julio, Paulo, Alondra and all the others that helped us through this process. We will use them again and recommend them to everyone! P.S.
