The Luxe project manager was extremely patient with all our questions, giving us straight answers on every one, both pros and cons of whatever we asked about. While he did make some suggestions, backing them up with facts and sound reasoning, he never tried to sell us anything. The work itself was accomplished more smoothly than I dared hope, particularly demolition of the old shower enclosure. The workers draped and taped around the work area quite effectively - there was no dust anywhere outside where they were tearing out the old shower. When they were finished, the work area itself was just as clean. Installation of the new shower enclosure was the same way. The workers treated our house as they would their own. When they finished a phase, the only evidence they'd been there are the completed work. There was no dust, no foot prints, no nothing but completed work. The final outcome - our new shower enclosure was everything we'd envisioned. Not only would we recommend Luxe Industries, we have used their services on other projects as well, with the same excellent results

Unbelievable miscommunication lead to so many issues including:…read more - incorrect grout colors placed - tiles laid in patterns that were not approved - missing personal belongings (fireplace key & lighter) - grout that chipped leaving massive holes and uneven pattern - light installed in ceiling where it was not approved - dimmer lights that were wired incorrectly where they would flash brightly then dim - shower hot/cold controls installed in reverse - dumping grout water in lawn that hardened like cement (they did this multiple times and once after we asked them not to) The list goes on. Some of these issues were corrected, some we decided to leave as is because we wanted to complete the already delayed project to move into our home. During the latest issue where the original grout laid was chipping and uneven (after 3 months) KR was kind enough to get the sub contractors back out to remove all the bad grout and replace it with correctly mixed/laid grout. On the day the sub contractor was supposed to finish the job (7:30am on a Saturday) he never showed. At around 8:30am I called the project manager at KR to see what was happening. He did not answer and hasn't responded to this day (2 weeks later). So I ended up calling the sub contracted company to reschedule the appointment myself. Really unprofessional of KR. My biggest advise to people looking to do home renovations is to find sub contractors yourself. The areas we did this ourselves in went much smoother and cheaper with better quality than what KR provided. We subed out stair railings, shower doors and bathroom mirrors without KR. However, if you decide to use KR be sure to stay on top of your project so you can catch mistakes while they're occurring so they can correct them quickly.

Their workmanship is very good, they communicate on a regular basis, and their work has come in on the budget they promised. I always get multiple bids on the sizable jobs I do. I can't help but remember the countless times a cable installer has come into my home and scuffed up my carpet or dented my furniture. Kevin's care has raised the bar for cable install. John was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. My main concern was that I wanted to make sure I could sign into the Directv app as many of my neighbors have had issues with that. He walked me through each step and provided effective trouble shooting solutions. Anyone else would have just thrown a textbook answer at me and insisted that it would work. John went beyond and provided a demo of basic functions. I had mentioned that I don't watch a lot of TV . This was SO helpful to me as I am embarrassed to say I don't know how to use all the new functionalities of the modern remote control lol. He also walked through upgrades and it surprisingly didn't feel salesy at all. Just seemed like he was recounting his favorite features. You just don't expect this level of service with a cable installer. Kevin and John were both exceptional brand ambassadors.
