We had an awesome experience with this company from start to finish... everyone from the estimator to the sales team to the lovely gals who managed the office to the installers was great. After doing the stone accent wall in the bathroom ourselves, we wanted to upgrade our old silver framed crusty shower and our beat-up counter tops, but we didn't want to spend a fortune (well, my boyfriend would have but I'm a bigger fan of saving than spending!) So we found Kera, a totally affordable AND quality company. It's not easy to find that combo in Las Vegas. Anyway, they pulled put the old shower, installed the more contemporary new one, and then did the same for the countertop (the new one is much thicker than our old one, too.) I'm putting up pictures of the vanity counter pre-new faucets, and the shower doors pre-new black showerhead, etc. just to highlight Kera's work vs. the other details. I definitely recommend going to their small showroom after you receive an estimate because it's easier to make choices after seeing samples in person than in pics or on the sample-boards they bring. I've been in the Las Vegas valley for over 30 years and Kera Bath & Shower is one of the better contractors I've worked with. We had the original (1995) tub/shower combination removed and a cultured marble tub and enclosure installed with all new hardware. It was completed on time and the workers were mostly careful to keep dirt and dust to a minimum. They pointed out the when the home was built, the lazy contractors (Beazer) did not put any insulation in the exterior wall behind the shower wall. So I went to Lowe's and bought some and they put it in. The completed project was almost perfect. Almost. We opted for 4 shelves and they installed them. They also installed a strip of molding in the corners which we specifically stated we did not want. When I went in to see the finished product, they said they had it down that we wanted it. I called and they said they forgot to change the order. It's not the end of the world, but it's also not exactly what we wanted. Also, the tub is a little out of level as some water tends to pool on the one corner of it. Again, neither of these are deal breakers, but I've come to expect things like that living out here. read more

My wife and I were delighted from the first meeting with their sales representative to the finishing touches on our new walk-in shower. All of the workers were methodical as they demoed our old shower/tub combination, roughed in the new plumbing, prepared the floor and walls, and finally installed their beautiful, cultured stone shower. The shower was completely installed in just 7 days, but the new glass took another few days since they couldn't measure until the shower frame was completed. They measure everything and they get it right! Every crew member that came to our home was skilled in their job, professional in doing it, and respectful of our home. And that isn't always easy when you're tearing out a large tub/shower. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Every time a crew finished their task; they left the area neat and clean and ready for the next step in the process. And that's not all. The office staff (Monica & Carolina) were great to work with. This is my THIRD time using Kera for my bath remodels. I honestly can not say enough great things about these guys. I know all your trepidations about doing remodels. Is the workmanship up to par? Am I going to get ripped off? Do they stand behind their work? Is their pricing fair? Let me put your mind to rest. While there are many contractors doing this kind of work, personally I will not go anywhere else. I did get some yelp bids before starting this job. Many did not listen to what I wanted. Many would not even come to the house, they just told me to come to their "showroom" with cash. To be honest I did not feel comfortable with ANY of them. I just wanted a reference. When you do a remodel, yes there are always cheaper alternatives, BUT do you really want something you will not be happy with IN THE LONG RUN? Kera was up front and honest throughout the whole process! Monica the office manager kept me apprised of the dates and times for the whole process of fabrication and installation. Gabriel was constantly visited during the job to inspect and make sure that I was satisfied with the progress. AND we ran into a challenge in reusing the existing shower doors. We had a spacing issue. As an engineer I fabricated a bracket I thought would solve the problem, Gabriel, the project manager, told me that was not a good idea. He came up with an elegant solution that involved two additional matching acrylic marble pieces that looked fantastic and solved the spacing issue. But wait there's more. They did NOT charge me any extra for all this extra work. In this day and age that is a rare thing indeed. I can not say enough good things about them and I recommend them HIGHLY! Hired for a master bath and smaller bathroom remodel to remove the builder-grade fiberglass tubs, showers, and vanity tops. There were a few hiccups here and there, however, but mostly from their plumbing subcontractor, Craig's Plumbing. For example, the plumbers caused a significant leak in one bathroom after soldering the pipes and then did not immediately respond on their "24 hour line," making me wait 7 hours until the next morning to have the leak fixed. They then switched the shower heads, saying the upgraded rain shower head I had special ordered was "back ordered" when it wasn't. When I informed them through Kera that I saw the shower head in my house before they took it, they changed their story by saying they suddenly found it "in their van," which is odd: why would you deliberately install the incorrect shower head if the correct one was back ordered? Nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. All of this wasn't Kera's fault, though, and they did everything to coordinate fixing the issue ASAP because their customer service is great, especially Eddy and Monica. Bottom line: I love the final result and would recommend them. read more

They argued and disputed but then ultimately sent another plumbing company to fix their mistakes. Now less than a year later the shower is literally falling apart. Not sure how they get good reviews.
