    Loose leaf teas

This is a really adorable shop, with a cute walk up and fun seating inside. It also host events which seems fun, although I have not personally been to one. There are local things for sale by crafters, as well as a lot of religious references in decor. I am not sure if that is just the time of year. There are a lot of loose leaf tea options, and you can buy them brewed or not, also breakfast and baked goods. Today I picked up a "Bonfire Babe" Tea Latte with sugar free chocolate chip cookie dough syrup and a cinnamon roll. I personally felt that my tea, although tasty, was weak and mostly flavored by the syrup although even that was on the lighter side. The cinnamon roll in my opinion was dry and not very fresh unfortunately. It may have been an off day.

Stopped here after a hair appointment and it was so cute! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The woman working was so sweet and I appreciated that she went out of her way to make sure the Greek yogurt would be ok in my smoothie since I needed a lactose free milk option.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I tried one of the special iced macchiato's which sounded intriguing, and it was delicious! Will be back before my next hair appointment for sure :)

This coffee/tea shop was a former hardware store. When you walk in it's all gorgeous wood and lighting. I had a cortado. The barista didn't know what a cortado was so she googled it and then made it for me. Awesome service! Bonus at this coffee shop is that there is a yoga studio upstairs! Yoga, tea/coffee. What a perfect mix! The owner was in and she was so much fun to chat with! There seems to be plenty of parking on the street. The brick building is very quaint. Check it out! You might fall in love!

I love the good vibe that they always have and the variety of drink offering is great. The owner and other barista are always help and give input to what to try. Their teas are great and cold brew too!

Very cute place!! We came in for coffee. These guys have an INCREDIBLE selection of bakery goods that we couldn't say no to. There's also a ton of merchandise for sale from a wide variety of local/ecofriendly companies. Service was fast and coffee was delicious. I can't wait to pop in again!!

Absolutely great value - the only place I will go out of my way to get a tea! I stopped by here to try something new and wow was I impressed. Great tea, knowledgeable and kind owner/staff, cute-cozy atmosphere, and fair pricing - this place is a MUST try , and if I was a local, this would be my spot. There is a running joke in cafes that its a waste of money to get tea at a cafe, as it is easy to make and cheaper to buy at home BUT this place has changed my mind on that. I got the Apple of My Chai - a delicious tea with a caramel cold foam & a cute cinnamon sugar design on top! This was a concoction of creativity and care - who else has put cold foam on tea? I 100% recommend, it was delicious. We also tried a watermelon tea which was super flavorful. The prices were also extremely reasonable for the quality! The interior is a spacious, well-designed, wooden style, and has all the charm of a coffee shop. The owner was super knowledgeable and passionate about the craft and talked with us in enthusiastic detail about the recipes she has available - definitely crafted with love! She was also very attentive, you can tell she appreciates and values feedback. Aside from being affordable - they also do yoga classes, and the one I attended was very fun and informative - a low pressure but very helpful class! This is a spot you HAVE to try - you will get a bang for your buck as prices are affordable, the tea is delicious and the cafe is run by great staff.

I've been meaning to check this place out and it just so happened to be within a few minutes of 2 of my appointments today so I stopped by to check it out! I posted on my story and even my fiancé said this place is perfect for me since im obsessed with tea lattes and love yoga. I'll have to come back to check out the infusion yoga. Today's visit was just to grab a snack, tea and get some work done on the awesomely available wifi! Ordered: * Indian black tea latte with almond milk and vanilla bean syrup * Orange creamsicle cupcake The latte was perfect and love they have the sippy cup style lids available. The cupcake was perfect i should have ordered and taken a dozen home +very spacious cafe area, plenty of seats and lights +love the prayer and praise corner, such a great community feel in here +kind staff, smiling, dealt with my silly questions of what they'd recommend +so many options on the menu for tea, smoothies, and even in the bakery case I couldn't decide which cupcake to order at first! +plenty of parking, sweet location -not really a con for the general public but just for me would be that I frequent camillus and Fairmount and if I lived closer to this location I'd probably go every single day Overall I loved it and do plan to come back more often if not to check out the infusion yoga but to meet clients, and to have a change of scenery office for the day. Thank you so much to this staff. My latte was accidentally taken by another so the staff gave me 2 which was beyond thoughtful

This is my frozen chocolate and I am almost done with it. It's that good!!!!!!

This is a great Cafe. It is a small, local business. The frozen chocolates are great. They are cold hot chocolate's that are smooth and rich. All the coffee and other products are great.

Class was $25 drop in and $5 for mat rental (came from out of town but otherwise would have brought a mat) for 75 minutes (~60 minutes more intense with a warm up and cool down stretch time for the rest. Had me sweating, engaging my muscle groups, and feeling refreshed by the end. There is also a cafe with coffee and smoothies plus a shop with exercise fits and yoga mats/towels for sale. Neatly curated. I was a bit surprised the class was led by an instructor who just dictated the flow rather than demoed the flow. Probably fine for those familiar but a bit in accessible for newbies. Usually like when instructors demo the movements and also offer alternates to make a position more advanced or more beginner friendly to meet different needs. I think that would be a nice way to improve the class but otherwise it was a good class.

My favorite part is the juice/smoothie bar. It's a little pricer than some other smoothie spots in Syracuse but their smoothies are very different too. I think it's because they use all organic ingredients. Last fall they had some pumpkin cinnamon one that was really savory and hearty and I was obsessed. There's also a gift shop with yoga mats and equipment, athletic wear, and spirituality stuff, so you can round out your visit with wellness goodies.

There's truly nothing better than a yoga class at Sky and taking in that gorgeous view of the lake, no matter the season. I came to Sky 3 years ago petrified that I'd make a total embarrassment of myself as I had never attempted yoga, but they were so helpful and welcoming that I instantly fell in love with yoga, and despite all of the studios around the country I've now frequented, Sky will always be my favorite and hold a special place in my heart. Their instructors are absolutely amazing; Courtney weaves her passion and love for the business into every thing she does, it's palpable. The community of classmates are always so friendly and warm; it's the closest thing I presently have to my own little community and I always look forward to connecting with them. There's always something new and fresh to look forward to in addition to the perfect weekly schedule which is created to have something for everyone of any skill level. Presently during COVID they have a really great system in place for streaming, special classes and more, though I'll always prefer the in-studio experience (which is open and very clean!) I can't wait until Covid passes and we can go back to the full classes full of love and light, I look forward to the little things they do to make every class special (essential oils, lighting, amazing music). Sky is so incredible that they're worth a special trip to Skaneateles, but especially if you're in the area, on vacation, or on the lake, stop in for a soul-changing experience!
