After finding a nice free piece of street parking right outside I entered in to this cozy little cafe. It's homey with lots of wood and plenty of seating. At the counter they have a case of baked goods, I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll, but my partner found it too dry. The employees were super nice, which is always a plus at a business where customizing your order is part of the process. I will say that the pu-er tea late that I ordered was very weak. Even with a cinnamon brown sugar flavor shot it felt lacking. They sell a large variety of loose leaf teas, shirts, granola, and other goodies. For those who are religious, they have a prayer board where you can write prayers and hang them up. If I was going off just aesthetics the place looks great, but the tea was lacking, and the cinnamon roll only appeased 1 out of 2 people so I think I'm forced to give it a 3 out of 5. read more

This is a really adorable shop, with a cute walk up and fun seating inside. It also host events which seems fun, although I have not personally been to one. There are local things for sale by crafters, as well as a lot of religious references in decor. I am not sure if that is just the time of year. There are a lot of loose leaf tea options, and you can buy them brewed or not, also breakfast and baked goods. Today I picked up a "Bonfire Babe" Tea Latte with sugar free chocolate chip​ cookie dough syrup and a cinnamon roll. I personally felt that my tea, although tasty, was weak and mostly flavored by the syrup although even that was on the lighter side. Delightful experience from start to finish! Walking into this gem of a cafe is like walking into the wood cabin of my dreams - warm, inviting atmosphere with the scent of brewing coffee and tea, filled with local artisan products and two yoga studios up the back stairs. The space is clean, cozy, and comforting! The owners and staff are amazing as well! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and patient. The owners are very knowledgeable about their coffee and tea products; Christina is in charge of the tea (and yoga) and makes her own blends, and John is in charge of the coffee and roasts the beans in house. You can absolutely tell how much care and knowledge both put into their craft and their products. I had an iced brown sugar shaken espresso, and it was exceptional! Stopped here after a hair appointment and it was so cute! The woman working was so sweet and I appreciated that she went out of her way to make sure the Greek yogurt would be ok in my smoothie since I needed a lactose free milk option. This coffee/tea shop was a former hardware store. When you walk in it's all gorgeous wood and lighting. I had a cortado. The barista didn't know what a cortado was so she googled it and then made it for me. Awesome service! Bonus at this coffee shop is that there is a yoga studio upstairs! Yoga, tea/coffee. What a perfect mix! The owner was in and she was so much fun to chat with! There seems to be plenty of parking on the street. The brick building is very quaint. Check it out! I haven't found many places in the Syracuse area that do matcha well, but Spill the Tea's matcha is high on my list now. Great tea, knowledgeable and kind owner/staff, cute-cozy atmosphere, and fair pricing - this place is a MUST try , and if I was a local, this would be my spot. There is a running joke in cafes that its a waste of money to get tea at a cafe, as it is easy to make and cheaper to buy at home BUT this place has changed my mind on that. I got the Apple of My Chai - a delicious tea with a caramel cold foam & a cute cinnamon sugar design on top! This was a concoction of creativity and care - who else has put cold foam on tea? I 100% recommend, it was delicious. We also tried a watermelon tea which was super flavorful. The prices were also extremely reasonable for the quality! The interior is a spacious, well-designed, wooden style, and has all the charm of a coffee shop. The owner was super knowledgeable and passionate about the craft and talked with us in enthusiastic detail about the recipes she has available - definitely crafted with love! She was also very attentive, you can tell she appreciates and values feedback. Aside from being affordable - they also do yoga classes, and the one I attended was very fun and informative - a low pressure but very helpful class! I've been meaning to check this place out and it just so happened to be within a few minutes of 2 of my appointments today so I stopped by to check it out! I posted on my story and even my fiancé said this place is perfect for me since im obsessed with tea lattes and love yoga. I'll have to come back to check out the infusion yoga. The cupcake was perfect i should have ordered and taken a dozen home +very spacious cafe area, plenty of seats and lights +love the prayer and praise corner, such a great community feel in here +kind staff, smiling, dealt with my silly questions of what they'd recommend +so many options on the menu for tea, smoothies, and even in the bakery case I couldn't decide which cupcake to order at first! +plenty of parking, sweet location -not really a con for the general public but just for me would be that I frequent camillus and Fairmount and if I lived closer to this location I'd probably go every single day Overall I loved it and do plan to come back more often if not to check out the infusion yoga but to meet clients, and to have a change of scenery office for the day. I only came out for yoga.... I drove 1 1/2 hours to come here only to be told I can't stay because I didn't bring a child as it's family yoga.... Vague communication at best. The least they could've done is just let me stay for yoga.... Im going to drive another 1 1/2 hours to go get my son to do a yoga class, that's what the instructors reccomedned to me.... I had high hopes for this place. Since I drove this far to be turned away for the yoga class I signed up for, I went check out the tea shop and they only 2 options for organic coffee; of the 2 options the one I wanted wasn't in stock. So I left empty handed all the way around. Lost 2 hours of my time and a couple gallons of gas for nothing. Won't be back. Better communication is key. read more

This is such a cute place!! My sister and nieces have been raving about it so I decided to check it out. They have quite the selection of flavor shots for the coffee. I bought a caramel latte and apple turnover and both were delicious. They have a great menu which had more on it then I would have thought. There's a back room that they hold yoga classes in, which I think is great. It's in a great spot in the Minoa village, with a bench out front that you can sit and enjoy your drink/treat in and just relax. I can't wait to go again! read more

I love this place! Grew up in Minoa, and wished they had this way back then. I live on the Northside now and drive out monthly to visit friends here, enjoy their delicious coffee and food. Smoothies are delicious. The yoga classes are a great price for the service, and the ambiance is to die for. Love that I can eat inside or outside. Lots of places to sit. Sometimes they have live acoustic music which is great. Always find great parking. The staff is so friendly. Such a cute gift shop area as well if you're looking for local gifts. What a super cute cafe! This spacious cafe offers a variety of coffee and tea blends as well as delicious cupcakes and breakfast sandwiches. Gluten free items were available too. They even make protein smoothies! The owners and staff are quite friendly and the space is lovely and welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed a delicious White Chai tea while we sat and enjoyed the craftsmanship and woodwork of the cafe. The owners are very personable and customer service oriented. We purchased a bag of their Railway Roasters Sumatra Blend coffee beans to take for home brewing and found it quite delicious. I can't wait to go back again and again! read more

My favorite hidden gem in Minoa! Where do I even begin? The atmosphere is industrial but so comfortable. There's plenty of seating and the high top tables have usb plugs! The owners are absolutely wonderful, super knowledgeable and accommodating. The coffee and tea choices are extensive, plus they roast their own beans and have some of the best beans in the area. I usually let the staff choose my drink and they seem to always give me something delightful. My personal favorite is there Remetea (similar to the Starbucks Medicine Ball) but, they use local honey and it just tastes so much better. Please give them a try, even if it's a couple minutes out of the way, you're sure to love it!!! read more

I used to love going to this coffee shop and supporting a local business, but I will never go here again. Yesterday we stopped in to grab breakfast after a run. We had our dogs with us and were planning to eat outside on the patio. While I went inside to wait in line to order food, my boyfriend stayed outside with the dogs and walked them around in the area between the restaurant and the adjacent house because they were getting upset that they could see me in the shop. He decided to take them home and was walking to the car when the owner came out flagged him down and started yelling at him and telling him "this isn't a dog park."She could have been a lot kinder if they don't want dogs outside of their shop, but It was incredibly busy inside, so the fact that she came outside to yell at him is upsetting. The shop also used to allow dogs INSIDE less than a year ago and has a sign up in the window that states "I like big mutts and I cannot lie", but apparently they are lying about it. I left before ordering our food and went to Starbucks instead. That is no way for a coffee shop to treat their customers. I will never go here again and spread the word about how rudely we were treated by the OWNER! read more

The first time I went I ordered a iced pumpkin coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Young woman behind the counter said she was too busy to make sandwich and no help. There was no one there. Very annoyed. My coffee tasted watered down. Left unsatisfied. I returned about 2 weeks later. I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered a London Fog with vanilla. Tasted like hot coffee with milk. Again disappointed. They do not know how to make their coffee. I spent 13 dollars on 2 large coffees . I will not be returning. I heard the mom who is the owner is much better. The daughter behind the counter doesn't know anything. They will lose business quick if they don't get someone who knows what they are doing.
