The "LABOR warranty" means he will provide free labor to repair anything it needs within the warranty period to make it work, but you pay his price for any and all needed parts, even if it fails the day after you bought it! In other words, there is no warranty! I purchased a gas stove with a 30 day "labor warranty" for $407 on Thursday and installed it in a rental on Friday. The oven was used twice - Friday night and Saturday morning, but Saturday night the oven would not come on. Tested power outlet and no problems there. Took it back and they said they would check it out. When I came to pick it up they said it needed a new glow plug that would cost me $65! He claimed they must have turned it on and used it to heat the house because the glow plug was burnt up! What a ridiculous accusation! I suggested he should at least back up his merchandise for ONE DAY! That made him mad, so he carted it to the parking lot, dumped it on the ground behind my truck and walked off. Wouldn't even help me load it in the truck! So much for customer service! In my 40 years of managing rental properties I've never been treated so rudely by a store owner! Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate store!

The owner is rude and a complete jerk…read more We left a string trimmer with them to fix LAST YEAR when they guaranteed us that they could easily fix it, except after we dropped it off we never heard another word. We called this week checking on it and the owner basically laughed at us and told us it was "somewhere outside" and they hadn't touched it since we dropped it off and no parts had been ordered and they didn't have time to talk to us about it. The trimmer was sitting outside in the weather the entire time it's been there and is definitely worse than it was when we dropped it off. I won't be surprised if they've completely ruined our $350 machine. Do not give these people your business, there are plenty of businesses that actually value the customer in the area. Long story short, thanks to the power of YouTube and countless Pintrest pages and others that have come before, I'm tackling fixing up, which includes rewiring, a Power Wheels Barbie Pink Mustang that I found on large trash day. At least one of the motors is shot. I needed some very tiny female disconnect terminals, which will allow me to connect the existing wiring from the battery to two new motors. The big box home improvement stores did not have them, nor did the hobby stores. After a few random phone calls around OKC, I was directed to Hunzicker Brothers. I made a call and after a brief conversation, felt that they had exactly what I needed. I brought in the new motors, and was assisted the moment I walked in. Friendly staff.
