The owner never offered my money back or a replacement, which I wouldn't except a replacement if he did. But it would have been nice if they would have at least acknowledged it. I guess the person making it did a bad job or having a bad day, and they want to say it's my problem. Their owning up to what was obviously a bad pizza for a first-time customer was not very professional.
