Absolutely do not use any of the services run by these individuals. The owners have two locations and at the Inverness Coin Laundry, owned and operated by the same individuals, I had two designer items stolen from my dry cleaning. The owner states they are not responsible as they send out all dry cleaning services, but also refused to give me the name of the service they used. After a month of waiting for them to "find" the items, and four in person stops to the location to resolve the issue, I finally had to file a policy report for the items as the total value equates to a second degree felony. They were repeated rude to me and time and time again placated and attempted to manipulate me into leaving and never coming back. I kept receiving the same story "the items arn't stolen, we just can't find them", "we just need more time to locate them (its been over a month)", "I wasn't giving them a chance to work with me to resolve the issue" (four in person visits in a week with multiple attempts given). They never provided a claim form for the items, they did not take any responsibility for the theft, they did not offer to refund the over 100$ of additional dry cleaning from the order. They clearly do not want to be in business when they blame the customer, drag their feet delaying delivery, refuse to pay for the items lost. The facebook star statues is clearly not a true reflection of their actual services. I was additionally informed while attempting to get my own items back, that there additional customers had either had items damaged, stolen, or returned to the wrong customer in the past three weeks. They need to be shut down or close up everything but the self serve units because they will not take any responsibility for items left for any of their other services. I am so glad I choose not to utilize their advertised tailor services. Use caution and keep receipts and images of all items if you choose to gamble with this establishment. This is an additional review on the same location after having attempted multiple times to get a resolution.

There was standing water on the floor just waiting for someone to slip and fall, and I had several dollars disappear in the machines for no service. I talked to a few locals that were in there who advised there must have been a change of owners or something in the last few months because the place has gone downhill fast. This motivated me to post this on Yelp. Oh, and there's no AC. Yes, an operating business in Florida with no A/C. Disgusting place, I'll never be back.

We honestly weren't impressed with the facilities in Wildwood so we decided to drive another 20 minutes east to check out the Spanish Springs location. Best decision we made and they had a friendly and helpful employee which made a difference. This Bucharest Blvd. location has options to pay which "Wildwood" did not. (Coins OR credit card). Wash starts at $3.00 and dryers take about $1.25. Heavy items take about 35 mins. See pictures for fees on larger machines. YES... we recommend and would return!
