I used Spina and Adams several times to have body work done and each time it was performed perfectly. It's an unfortunate thing to have to get your car repaired but accidents happen. The most recent time an issue arose-a leak about 6 months after the repair. Without question Mike took the car and had to do investigation to find leak. It was nothing that they did wrong it was a plastic piece in the trunk. They replaced it and considered it warranty with no cost. Very professional!! read more

Very nice people but attention to detail is lacking. I took my 2016 Tundra in for a simple tail gate replacement job and I had to bring it back 2 times for issues with the tailgate not being in line and then the tailgate you had to slam to get it to shut. When I first got the vehicle back the gaps between the tailgate and bed on both sides were so off the one side was touching and the other had about a quarter to half inch gap. The owner had me bring it back and put new hinges on it and when I got out to look over the job the one side they "couldn't get out" the bolts so instead stripped them. I asked for the part so I can put it in on my own time. Had they removed the tail light and hit it with heat this probably could have been a simple fix but instead I'll now spend a day drilling out the stripped Torqs bolts or finding a turbo bit that will work and putting the part in for my tailgate. read more

Had my wife's Venza in for repair to rear bumper. Rick, the owner, gave me two options repaint or replace. After considering the pros and cons I went with Ricks recommended option. The repair was very reasonable, the paint was matched perfectly, he even pulled a door dimple. What I respected most besides how friendly and professional the entire team was, they reduced the price because the replacement bumper was cheaper than estimated. read more

Unfortunately I've had to have my car in for repairs to Spina & Adams twice, but fortunately they provided great service both times! Both accidents were pretty minor (minor rear end and a deer hit) but the work was done promptly both times and no issues with dealing with the insurance companies (mine & the other drivers). Due to the recent storms, a tree fell on top of my vehicle. It was a stressful situation and Spina and Adams were professional and empathetic. They made me feel like family. Rick at the shop was amazing to work with. He took care of my repair and even the rental. He really made it as stress free as possible. They are also a very honest company, which I feel is rare. They had a death in their family run business and even in their own situation, they acted more professional than I have seen. My husband got into a car accident and Spina and Adams was affiliated with State Farm so we called, felt comfortable with them and took his car there. There was quite a bit of damage and the car was there for a little over 3 weeks. We are very impressed with the quality of the work. The car looks brand new where they worked on it. Whenever we called to check on the car, we generally had great customer service. I like the feeling of this smaller body shop and I would highly recommend bringing your car to this place. The people inside are friendly and honest. They didn't make unrealistic promises and you could tell the shop employs good people. I give Spina and Adams 4 full stars, but I have to confess my biggest disappointment was the administration process. Apparently, when the car was ready they called my father-law by accident and we did not list that number. State Farm gave them that number as one of evening the numbers (my husband's number being the day time and they used the evening number during the day). We intentionally did not tell my father-in-law about the accident due to his stress level so when Spina and Adams informed him of everything we were very upset. I stopped in and explained how I felt and they took off the evening number right away. In my opinion, they should never have given out this information to someone not named the owner of the car or spouse. Despite this breach of privacy, I appreciate the service and work of Spina and Adams and would recommend them to friends. read more

In repairing the damage, They came across additional damage and contacted the insurance company. They answered my questions and actually repaired a minor problem that was not a part of the accident . I tapped the back of a fellow suburbanite a few weeks back, that did about $1,200 damage to my Honda. Kudos to the Nationwide Insurance people who worked quickly to put things in order. The Spina and Adams collision people that Nationwide referred me to were courteous and did evidently good work. They promised my car back in three days, but it was delayed a few more days, it happens. No biggie. What I found after I got the car back, was that Spin and Adams had neglected to put a turn signal bulb back in, I didn't know this until the weekend when they were closed. So I was driving around with a potential to be cited for lack of a working turn signal, because they forgot to put a bulb back in. This demonstrated a lack of proper procedure - checking a vehicle before giving it back to the customer. read more

Just picked up my car from here and can't say enough good things about them! My car looks awesome and they cleaned the inside. They are extremely nice and went above and beyond. Even moved my grandsons car seat to vacuum and clean under it. I had a Cadillac Dealer fix my car ( and steal all my change out of my cup holder) for a recall and didn't get this kind of service. I had about $4000+ worth of damage fixed on my car here a couple months ago. Was super exited to pick my car up after 2 weeks even though i was unable to drive it when i picked it up. By the time i was able to fully inspect my car, it was too late for me to go back with my concerns. The condition of my car is absolutely terrible. My front bumper is completely crooked and every time i drive on 422 i have to push my bumper back on. The side of it constantly pops out while I'm driving. My window controls did not work when i got my car back because they "forgot to reset something". I have paint on one of my windows, and the inside of my windshield was covered in hand prints. My shattered headlight was thrown in my trunk & I'm still cleaning out the pieces to this day. The paint work is terrible. My paint has drips everywhere and is PEELING in a ton of places. And to top all of it off they put 250+ miles on my car while they had it for 14 days and reset my boost gage. I would love an explanation as to why my boost gage was touched and how they were able to put so many miles on it. This place has completely ruined my car and i am devastated. I dont want anyone else to go through what i am. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. read more
