As a result my SUV was held hostage until the bank cleared the hold which is 24 hours. This made me have to keep my rental car an extra day which costs me more money. Not to mention more mileage to travel to the shop the next day when my SUV should have been released to me. I will NEVER support this business again. Infact I will share this review with all the local groups I'm a member of. Anyone that asks me about them will get the same review. I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy. I didn't want to hang over his shoulder so I gave him the keys and went inside. When he called me to come out and look he had ground off the paint and sprayed it with a rattle can that didn't even match. Car is now at a body shop being fixed correctly.
