The West Chester staff is incompetent on so many different levels. They swiped my debit card while placing it on a hold which put the balance in a state of "pending". As a result my SUV was held hostage until the bank cleared the hold which is 24 hours. This made me have to keep my rental car an extra day which costs me more money. Not to mention more mileage to travel to the shop the next day when my SUV should have been released to me. I will NEVER support this business again. Infact I will share this review with all the local groups I'm a member of. Anyone that asks me about them will get the same review. I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy. They are a sorry excuse of a business. This business accrued unnecessary costs on myself and my insurance company. They should drop them as a preferred servicer. When my car was returned I had scratches near the cup holder that were not there before. They retaliated because I gave them a bad review. read more

I was referred to 3D Collision by the insurance company. I was able to call and get a same day estimate. Booked an appt to drop off my car and the rental company met me at 3D. 3D had my car done in a week, kept me updated daily, and even detailed the car before returning to me. Don't have online forms that say someone will get right back to you if you can't achieve it. Don't let people call and goto an IP voicemail and never call back. Don't have the shop leadership's email on your website if they never respond. Don't call just because my insurance company sent you a request - and then not know I've been reaching out already. Don't accommodate me when with a better appointment time that fits my schedule - Just don't use this company. Either, 3D Collision in Spring City is grossly incompetent, or they just try to scam their costumers. Don't take you car there for repairs! I was involved in a accident, which wasn't my fault, I filed the claim under the other drivers insurance company. 3D was one of the insurance companies in network body shops. While they were doing the repair, they said they found damages from a previous accident. They said the repairs from the previous accident would have to be repaired before they could fix my car. 3D estimated the repairs for the previous accident at $7,800, which I would have to pay out of my pocket. I had my car towed to another body shop to discover 3 D was charging me for parts I didn't need. I would never recommend anyone to take their car to 3D! read more

Totally the worst experience one could have at a body shop. From the low ball estimate in order to get my business, then the "follow up" estimate that went up nearly $600, only to have another $55 tacked on for good measure at the end. All because it was a self pay repair did I get the run around. Once learning it was self pay, I was told by the manager that there are "credit card fees that need paid so I couldn't use a credit card". What a racket. 4th and last time I ever use 3D, and the disingenuous behaviors are to blame. read more

My husband has been an auto adjuster for 35+ years and was confident, based on his business dealings with 3D, that they would do the job correctly. LaMia Thorpe scheduled my repair, and Kalie wrote the estimate. Kalie promised to have the estimate the day following her inspection, and she most certainly did! LaMia helped me with the car rental so I was ready to go! I received texts advising me of the progress of my vehicle while in the shop. It was amazing and assuring to know my vehicle was easily going through the repair process. The care and concern expressed by Kalie and LaMia was extraordinary. They made me feel like a part of the 3D family! My front bumper had to be replaced and there was also hidden damage. No problem there! The supplement was written and I was notified of the situation promptly. The paint on the bumper matches perfectly, which is sometimes hard to do, according to my husband. My car was sparkling clean when I picked I up also! We have referred friends to 3D in the past, but now we can say with assurance that 3D is the best body shop in the area!!! read more

Absolutely the place to go for collision repairs! Customer service was outstanding! Job was complete sooner than expected and my car looks GREAT. After being hit in a parking lot and getting the run around from the other drivers insurance we feared more problems from a body shop. My husband is very picky because the CTS is his baby. This is also the first collision repair my husband ever experienced. We are so thankful for the team at 3D! They made the process smooth and kept us informed of progress. Went for a estimate for a minor scrape on my door and they actually fixed it by buffing it out in about 15 minutes was not expecting it to be so quick and only 31 dollars! Another place gave me a estimate of around 500$. It looks great too. Will definitely come back here if I need any repairs :) read more

The repair took a bit longer then I expected and I had to bring the car back because a door was hung properly. Not a big deal , the completed work looks real good. I did have an issue while my car was in the shop. I was receiving messages on my vehicles app stating that my battery was being drained. When I picked my car up it was difficult to start. They tested my battery and said it was shot. They tried to get my insurance to pay for a new one but insurance refused. 3D wasn't going to take responsibility SoI had to go out and buy a new battery. Now I'm shopping for a new insurance company and next time I need a repair I'll go elsewhere. read more

5 stars are not enough for these guys. They are the nicest, most laid back guys and so honest and friendly. I went in with some minor damage in my car expecting to pay 100s of dollars, based on what I was told by another body shop guy, but instead paid $20 for them to touch up a few nicks and buff it out. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with them. I hope I never have to go to a body shop again but if I do it will be to 3D Collision in Spring City PA. I would give a -1 if that was an option. The woman in their office is the rudest most ignorant person I've had to deal with in a long time. Went down with my car for them to do an estimate on my car. I called the day before to confirm and ask if I could get estimate done then bring car home while they waited for the parts from Kia. The gentleman I spoke to said no problem since Kia is slow to ship parts and it's only the back bumper that's damaged. She first tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment. Then she said she worked the office and I must have called GEICO not them. When I told her no that I spoke to a gentleman she said no one answers the phone but her. Ok I guess I'm lying about the call. Then she said they don't write GEICO estimates she doesn't work for them. Funny it says GEICO on your building!! So she said she would take pictures and send them to GEICO, you know the company she doesn't work for? They'll be in touch. As I was leaving after all this a guy came out of the shop and said he'd take my car in first for the estimate. Probably the guy I spoke to on the phone..she told him no they weren't doing an estimate. Overall GEICO should be rethinking sending anyone there which I told them when I called to complain about her attitude and saying she doesn't work for GEICO. A tree limb crashed through my sun roof on the worst of all days, FRIDAY THE 13TH (insert cheesy Horror film music). I filed a claim with my insurance company and they recommended 3D Auto Body in Spring City. The customer service was outstanding and I even picked my car up a day earlier than expected. 3D called and texted me to provide updates as the job was being completed. They also vacuumed and gave my car a nice wash. I would definitely recommend 3D. read more

If you value your car, your time and your sanity DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. Preferred by most insurance companies, they are completely incompetent from the adjuster, to the customer service rep, to work. They do not finish on time; do not give honest accurate information and do not honor GUARANTEED COMPLETION TIME. After waiting seven weeks for an appointment; was promised a completion date and time (even got an email saying car was ready) only to be called 10 minutes before picking up vehicle that door handle on driver's side did not work. NO KIDDING - car came in that way! How did they miss that one while working on the car for 8+days? Then they offer to give you a rental car at their expense, but the rental care company they use doesn't deliver - How the hell are you supposed to get a car rental if you don't have a car to pick it up? This repair shop does not keep its word and does absolutely nothing but inconvenience you more than any other area shop. My first time using this place and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
