Don't waste your time and money if you want immediate relief. Below is the events that I experienced that support my first statement. I have never been more disappointed with a chiropractic office than I was with this one. I was hoping to get some relief on my first visit, only to be told that they would not do anything until they had the x-rays developed and we had a chance to go over a treatment plan. After I paid the copay for the visit, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. On the second day, I was put into an office where I got to watch a movie about their care plan. When the doctor came in, he looked at the x-rays, told me I had scoliosis (which has nothing to do with the pain) and went over a normal treatment plan. He told me that a person would come in and tell me about my treatment plan and left. About 10 minutes later, I was told that the person was having problems with her leg and that I should go to the front desk. When I got there, she showed me my "treatment plan," and asked me to sign it. I signed it and handed it back to her. At this point, she started to go over a payment plan with me and told me that I needed to make a choice about how I wanted to pay for several months of treatment. Then I really looked at "the plan." When I told her that the doctor did not go over it with me, she got rude and pretty much called me a liar. Finally she asked if I wanted to talk to the doctor again. Yes, I did. He walked into the room and I told that he did not go over the paper that she showed me, he got defensive and assured me that he did. Then I brought up specifics that we did not discuss. At this point he started to defend himself saying that he just missed "that line" and the other part was optional. He went on to say that he usually writes the treatment plans but the other doctor did this one. Apparently, this makes a difference, although I do not understand why unless he has poor eyesight. When I asked about paying by the visit, he pretty much showed me the door and told me that I would probably be happier at another office. I am usually pretty easy going, but this whole experience left me feeling like I was almost the victim of a scam artist. They did not give me a copy of the potential bill, but it was well over $700 with the optional items included. As I am writing this, I realize that I am writing it for both of us. Staff are friendly and the doctor is thorough and friendly as well. They recommend multiple treatments in addition to the actual adjustments to help improvment/recovery of your spine health. I find that quite helpful. This totally depends on your insurance, but to me I found it quite expensive, especially since they don't allow pay-by-visit, but rather you pay up front a large amount (might be all of it, or in multiple payments but still a larger sum than just one visit). But going through the treatments I actually feel the difference in my back pain and feel that all of the money was worth it. read more

I have been very pleased with the progress of my care. I no longer have the walking pressure on my lower spine I previously experienced. My sleep is interrupted 2-3 a night where it was once 12-15. I would seek care if you have pain. Sleep problems or bladder pressure. It worked for me. read more

We were sold and extensive pre paid treatment plan and told we couldn't use our HSA to pay it. After weeks of treatment, two weeks shy of its completion, we were informed the payment plan calculated by Camilla (front desk) after reviewing our insurance ended up being incorrect. If we would have finished the proposed treatment plan, we would have been blindsided with a. $600 bill on top of the $1000 we pre paid. Office hours are also inconvenient, front desk always seems annoyed that you have called, expect to be put on hold or have to leave a message. Oh, and when we called to pay the bill, we asked to have a receipt emailed to us... and even that didn't happen. I imagine this business would benefit from better administrative staff. read more

I used to think Chiropractors were crooks and just want your money. What a terrible viewpoint instilled from taking terrible counsel from people who don't know. "If the blind lead the blind they both fall in the ditch" Kaurich Chiropractic has changed my perspective and provided me with an education to understand what it all means. I absolutely recommend the doctors here!. I love it here but do not come here because of a specific staff member. I can take pressure etc, but there is one, in particular, that is rude about everything. If she was no longer there, I'd be there in a heartbeat!!! read more

Please do your research if you're going to go to this place. Also, make sure you enjoy being bullied about buying all of their "therapies, vitamins and oils" prescribed by the doctor. I started going there after they attended a health fair put on by my place of employment. After "calling" my insurance company, the doctor and 2 women at the desk told me that my deductible was hit and I would owe nothing until insurance renewed in January. They scheduled me 30 appointments right away, in about 2 months. After 20 appointments they called and said my insurance wasn't covering my treatment and I owed them $700. Then my insurance company had no transcript of a call from them. I should have researched it instead of believing their doctor and office staff. Anytime I called to cancel an appointment, the receptionist would insist I tell her the reason why and reschedule at that minute. Then they would call when I didn't show up to the appointment and leave me messages saying how I needed to make my appointments and to call them back immediately. I asked for my records multiple times, each time they told me I needed to come in and sign a release form to keep on file, even tho I had previously filled one out for my file. I finally got my records after I told them I would pay their bill once I received them and to never call me again. Kaurich Chiropractics is built on bullying their clients. Dr. Kaurich himself is wonderful, but hopefully he's aware that his office staff is dragging his business down. read more

I have had positive and negative experiences with different chiropractors so I was hesitant to take my newborn to one. However the colic was to the point it was unbearable. Screaming for 4-6 hours a night was rough on everyone in our house. So I figured I would give chiropractic care a try. We went 3x a week for a few weeks. By the 2nd or 3rd week of going we were seeing a noticeable difference. The colic was better, almost completely gone actually. We now have been going once a week for about a month. My son is 11wks old and he is the happiest little dude now. Dr Kaurich is extremely gentle with my son and very kind. We were given a treatment plan (all the chiropractors I have gone to have done one) but it wasn't ever pushed on us. My insurance has been billed for every visit and I haven't ever had to prepay or anything. read more

If you have Medicare or Medicaid that covers everything, this place will probably work for you. If you're paying your own way, or don't have coverage that handles all of it, then you're in for a hefty bill. They push their supplements and treatments on you. They do their initial xrays and consultation (that they charge you quite a bit for) and then try to rope you into a several thousand dollar treatment plan for the next several months. I had to raise hell to get an adjustment done without the treatment plan. I had already paid several hundred dollars and they weren't going to adjust my back. They're friendly, but lie through their teeth to sell you as much as they can. They aren't up front about how they plan to handle your treatment until after they have several hundred dollars of your money. read more

Don't waste your time going here. They will pressure you into a sales contract for services. Most of their reviews are by their staff.

I have never before seen "pressure sales" combined with medical care. Went in with a relapse of a pre-existing condition, seeking adjustment and pain relief. Spent much of my first appointment, and the second follow-up appointment, with non-practitioners pressuring me on cost and options for an extended treatment plan. Had to pay for my visit "up front," which I am not accustomed to. It seems to be all about money with these folks. As a veteran of chiro care, I've not had this experience before. I made an appointment with another office, and will not be returning to this practice or recommending to anyone. read more
