They are very friendly in here, and I could have called into one of the shops or bars next door, but I was glad I visited. They have good visitor information on display and the reception area is very welcoming. From the outside, the architecture and design of this building is very inspiring, a traditional and classy look, with a nice clock on the top. I didn't feel intimidated or anything like that, as you can when you visit these establishments. A friendly service, I just hope I never have to go back for anything else.

This is one of those small crimes that add up to a heavy load of social despondency. No one think these things matter but each one of these small anti social acts adds to a social malaise, a malaise engendered by the sense that we are on our own, each one of us not part of a society (Moseley for example) but alone in our sense of victimhood. That the police offer no social cohesion because they are, frankly, absent speaks volumes about the impoverishment of what was one a really vibrant Birmingham community.
