Throughout the project he was very responsive and provided us with a lot of suggestions regarding the materials. His team is extremely hardworking and very detail oriented. They took extreme care in aligning the minor tile patterns, installing the vanity and lights perfectly symmetric. They are not in a haste to just finish the work, but they did the work with extreme perfection and attention to detail. When they came, they went above and beyond to pinpoint the exact location it's coming from by going on the roof with a hose and opening up light fixtures from the living room to take pictures inside. After another service removed the moisture and in the process gutted part of the kitchen and dining room, Gadir stepped in to handle the restoration. Right from the start, it was clear that he was on top of the job. He arrived the same day to assess the project and had shared an estimate within an hour. First, when he visited a couple of different Lowes stores to find the specific wood we wanted for flooring and brought it to the site. It took less than one month for his team to turn my drab, uncomfortable garage into a beautifully bright sanctuary that is always the perfect temperature. My main goals were to make the garage more comfortable for my home gym, and improve aesthetics and storage options while we were at it. Baystar Garage knocked all of those goals out of the park, and it was such a breath of fresh air to have Parviz coordinating all of the details in a timely manner, as well as giving well thought out opinions on more subjective aspects. Having worked with other contractors in the past, I can safely say they are not all such a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend Baystar Garage to anyone looking to renovate this oft-neglected extension of the home. The only issues I had during this project were with the partner cabinet company, Prizmawood, which didn't meet the same lofty bar as the rest of the construction work; they had a separate contract that cost more than I feel it should, and their communication was much less consistent than Parviz's, leading to some flaws I had to follow up on to mitigate afterwards. But since this review is for Baystar Garage, it fully deserves the full 5 stars and I would definitely trust Parviz with any house projects in the future.
