With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee.
