We got kitchen and dining room restoration done through JH Remodeling after a dishwasher leak over a period of time caused damage to flooring, cabinetry and drywall. After another service removed the moisture and in the process gutted part of the kitchen and dining room, Gadir stepped in to handle the restoration. Right from the start, it was clear that he was on top of the job. He arrived the same day to assess the project and had shared an estimate within an hour. His pricing was reasonable and he quickly scheduled the work. He completed a very neat and quality job quickly and while keeping us updated through the process. JH responded to my request to install two bathroom ceiling fans / lights. I chose his service for the reasonable quote plus the 5 stars review he has. He recommended to use the Panasonic Whisper fans / lights. I have heard a bit about Panasonic fans and went with his recommendation. His communication was prompt, responsive. The work was completed in about 3+ hours. My old fans were circular and larger than the new fans. Consequently JH has to cut and patch with sheetrock to reduce the opening. He did a good job. At the end, he cleaned up the work space, dispose the old parts and vacuum the bathroom spaces. I am satisfied with his work. However, his work and cost did not include finishing the patch-up work with taping and painting to match the ceiling. I have to get another contractor and to pay extra for that. I assume that is normal, as this is the first time in more than 20 years that I have to replace the fans. I have no other experience to make comparison. read more
