Spirit Crafts will sell you items they do not have then state that they are on back order when you initially never agreed to purchase or wait for items they do not have. Months will pass and this company will not have sent you, your items and what is worst is how they act and treat you after your upset at their tactics! Invoices are purposely not provided at the time of purchase nor in your order because in the case that they have to refund you they will refund you whatever they like and not your full amount. I have ordered twice from SpiritCrafts. The first time took a little longer to receive due to having to make the molds. It depends on how big your order is, depends on how long it takes to get your shipment. It says on their site in red letters "REMEMBER THAT ALL PLASTIC MOLDS ARE MANUFACTURED AFTER THEY ARE ORDERED. WE DO NOT "STOCK" THESE MOLDS. SHIPPING TIMES VARY ACCORDING TO OUR MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE." So people that bad mouth the Company evidently does not read. I am very happy with the molds, they are of the highest quality! Sometimes it might take longer to get a shipment, but it is well worth the wait. I will continue to order from SpiritCrafts and would recommend them to anyone! "Ships in 4 to 7 days" should be "ships in 4 weeks." I placed an order for a single item and then had to send a series of emails asking about the order status. A full month later the item finally shipped. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is that they made good by including a second item as compensation. read more

Extremely frustrating customer service. I lost my very large candle making assortment in the 2018 Camp Fire. When the PG&E finally made reparations I started on replacing my enormous amount of candle making supplies. It had been 4 years and many of my previous suppliers were out of business and I had to find a new company. I made a small purchase from his company and it arrived on time and with everything purchased. Since that went well I made a large purchase on 10/14/22 hoping it would arrive by Halloween. The website says 4 to 7 days and they ship. By Halloween nothing. Second week of November nothing and I left a voicemail, still nothing. I call my credit card company Thanksgiving week and they advise me to call and send a voice mail stating I will have my credit card company treat this as fraud and to contact me. I did so and added I would leave a negative review. Then the following week my package arrives and someone called and left a super snarky message stating it was sent out. No, oops we misplaced it, sorry for the inconvenience, just a snarky you already got it why are you complaining. Dumbfounded I called them back and had the following exchange, hello I am calling about order 40210, do you understand I ordered this on 10/14/22? You were supposed to ship it in 4 to 7 business days. Person on the phone is the same person that left the snarky message and stated it went out on time. Ummm, excuse me, it's almost December??? Her response, I sent it out on time you can leave what ever review you want. Me: so you don't ship in 4 to 7 business days??? It was sent out on time, but was returned. Now, I have been in the new house four 4 years and let me tell you I am an avid online shopper, the post man, the fed ex man and the UPS man know well. I asked, what is your policy if something is returned, don't you contact the customer or refund it??? She then even louder says it was shipped out on time, you can leave what ever review you want. Me: you do understand how this looks right, I had to threaten to report this as fraud and you can't even apologize??? She then yells I HANDLE ALL THE CALLS AND VOICEMAILS, IT WAS SHIPPED OUT ON TIME!!!!!!. Soooo, if you use this company, you need to check they shipped it, ask for a tracking number and call them daily until it arrives apparently. I don't have that kind of time. I wish people would know that if you PURCHASE THROUGH PAYPAL, your purchase is PROTECTED. If Spirit Crafts does not send your order in a timely manner, you just call Paypal and "open a case." Paypal will give you your money back. Very little time or effort. Obviously I will not be shopping with "Spirit Craft." They should clearly be called "Flaky Craft" instead. I live in Australia and ordered $362 ($550 AU) of supplies from Spiricrafts on 5/9/15. On the 28/10/15 I have a printed confirmation that said shipped. However, when products arrived at the end of October 2015, over half were missing - with no communication at all from spritcrafts regarding delays or timeframes for delivery. Despite communication such as this: The order has been completely filled with no substitutions. We are working on updating tracking information now. You should receive an email with this information shortly if you haven't already. I have since received another parcel in January in response to numerous emails and phone calls (international) and $59 worth of the order is still yet to be delivered. This is seven months on and I have still not received: Square Pillar Candle Mould - 3.76 x5 - $14.99 TriangleTaper Candle Mould 1 1/8 x 2 x 15 - $20.99 Designer Candles for all Occasions (book) - $7.99 Large Flat Braided Wick - 50ft - $7.20 Advanced Dip and Carve (Book) - $7.99. On the 24th February I received this email (following numerous emails and phone calls - to which they say phone lines have been down due to storms): I am so sorry about this. I had the packing sheet in front of me when I answered you and was certain that there was nothing missing from your packages. We will issue a refund for these items and we will also ship them out to you. We are terribly sorry for the mistake. But you guessed it - still no refund and no products delivered. As it has now been over seven months since this saga started, I am not hopeful of resolving this. However, all I can do is warn others - Don't waste your time or money buying from Spiritcrafts. wow I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order, they have a lot of neat things, tho there customer service is terrible, they don't respond to your emails in a decent amount of time, they don't call you back, they charge your credit card before they even send out the order. I never got my order, contacted them by email, they did respond saying they where out of the supplies and where waiting for the products . waited awhile contacted them again for status update, no responds, so tried calling them, message machine , no call back. they had already billed my credit card when I first placed order a month ago, finally I just called my credit card co. told them never got my order, and they won't repond to emails or calls, so the credit card co. refunded me my money. this company should not even be in business , save your time and money and don't even buy from them.... read more

If there was a way to rate negative stars, I would. I didn't yelp Spirit Crafts until after I placed my order and that was a mistake. I have been waiting over a month now for my package. Like Jamie, you have to contact them to find what is the status of your order and they always say that they are out of stock. They then tell you that they will ship your order within the next week, but that is a lie. I tried to contact them after the week had passed and still no response from Spirit Crafts. I have to give a mixed review for this company. Good first: The products are exactly as described and are of good quality, with clear details. The prices are good, too. In fact, they had the best prices I found on the pagan/Wiccan jewelry charms I need for a show this weekend. Now the bad: They don't provide tracking info with every purchase. They also didn't notify me directly that one of my items was backordered; they sent a note in with the package, which arrived about a week after I calculated based on the info on their website. (It turns out they first had to wait for an order from their supplier, which was incomplete because the SUPPLIER was out of one item. Hence the backorder.) The customer service is a bit inaccessible; I called on Friday and left a voice message; got an email response on Tuesday (they're closed Monday so that was understandable) that didn't answer all my questions. I replied by email requesting a phone call and got one a few hours later. The very personable Natasha explained the situation, apologized for the inconvenience, and even sweetened the pot a little. I'm glad I waited for that phone call before posting this review, because until that point I was so mad they were looking at one star for sure! Overall they seem to be a good company to deal with IF you can place your order ahead of time. Certainly honest and well-meaning, tho their procedures are a little lacking. Giving this company one star is one star too many if you ask me. I have had such a bad experience dealing with this business it's not even funny. I wasted my time and money dealing with these people and the only thing that I got in return from them is empty promises and lies. I ordered stuff from their website and it's not that I ordered a $500 order or anything like that however, I did order $159 worth of merchandise from them back in August and we are in the end of October and I still have not received my order. Thankfully I went through PayPal to place my order because I would have still been fighting with these people for my money back. After a month went by of not getting my order, I contacted Spirit Crafts and wanted to know where either my order was or my refund because after a month of hearing nothing from them, no calls or emails explaining of any delays or that they may have been out of stock on some of my items, but no I got nothing! I then contacted PayPal and informed them of the issues that I was having. They reached out to Spirit Crafts who then reached out to me a few days later. The woman that I spoke to apologized and told me they had been closed for a while due to a death in the family. She told me that I would be getting a full refund back and as a way to make things right, she was still going to send me what ever items I ordered that she still had in stock for free. I am still waiting after a month. This company is very unprofessional and they are inconsiderate. I don't know how they stay in business with the way they conduct theirs. They use stall tactics and lies to run their business! I will be making a complaint to the BBB because when you are conducting a business this is no way to treat your customers. They took my money real quick like the same day I placed my order they took the money out of my account and yet it's taking them 3 months to return my money or send me my order. Really wish I had read the reviews here first. I ordered a 3.5 inch high pyramid mold with 4.5 in base length that came with instructions and a wick. It had been 2 weeks since I ordered and finally contacted them asking where my order was. I received it about a week later after it took them several days to respond. What I received is not what I ordered..I received a 5.5 inch high pyramid mold and 6.5 in base length, way too large for my project and no wick or instructions which I depended on since I have no idea how to do the wick for a pyramid mold. I've emailed and called them several times during business hours and finally after 3 days of calling/emailing someone called me back to say they were sorry, the description on the website was wrong and they would send me the correct product with directions and several wicks instead of one for the inconvenience and would email me my tracking number within 2 days. I was very understanding and thankful. Now It's been at least 4 days and no tracking number...I've had it with this company, I don't even want to try and waste my next 3 days calling and emailing them!! I am opening a dispute on PayPal and reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!! Their only guarantee is a big fat headache and a pain in your butt!! read more

I placed a custom my order on Nov 2, 2016 with spiritcrafts. On Nov 28, 2016 I received molds that did not meet my specified dimension and size. The wrong order was sent back, and as per my discussion with Natasha Eva Frances; who also goes by Natasha Johnson; to make sure we are all on the same page, I sent them one of my existing molds as a n example of what I am looking for, just smaller, I included detailed specs/dimensions, anyway they not only took my money, but they also kept my mold. Once they received the return, I called Natasha and we reviewed the specs and paperwork that accompanied my mold. Natasha said that they will be closed the rest of the month of November; I said that was ok, as I will not need the molds until January 2017. I called and emailed regularly from Dec 2016 until March 3rd. Several times Natasha answered the phone and said that she could not talk, because they were closing early due to an incoming snow storm, and as a result, she did not have access to customer records. Several other times, she answered and said that they were in the Middle of Heavy Rain Storms and had to leave and could not provide an update but will call me back the next business day with an update. Another time, Natasha answered the phone and said they are in the middle of heavy rain and wind storm and as result had no internet or computer access, and she could not provide any update but she will call me back as soon as the situation normalizes. The weather stories did not sound legit, so every time I got a "weather problem' from Natasha, I checked the weather in her area, and every time according to weather.com the temperature was always in the 50's and sunny. The last time Natasha said she had weather issues; I told her that every time she mentions weather issues, weather.com shows otherwise; so I am confused. After this, on four different occasions, Natasha told me that my order shipped, but she could never provide tracking information. After the 1st two times, I decided to check out what people are saying about this company online, and found 7 complaints on yelp under spirit crafts, but nothing under spritcrafts. Upon learning this I called and spoke with Natasha, she said that my order was not yet manufactured because they had a question on the dimensions. So we clarified, and confirmed the dimensions and I made sure we were on the same page, and Natasha said that "they will make the molds today, and ship tomorrow". I asked her to pls provide a tracking number once the order ships. She agreed. Several days past, and I followed up via phone and email, after many attempts, Natasha finally answered the phone and told me that there was a mistake, my order never shipped, she said "the guy told me it shipped"; the guy she is referring to is James Phillip Porter who is listed as the business owner, and a relative of Natasha. Anyway, she said she will follow-up with "the guy" in the back and get back to me. She did not. So I followed up again, and again. On many occasions, they did not answer the phone, so I followed up by email. On February 23,2017 Natasha sent me an email stating "We have clarified the dimensions and the molds should be finished today." I called and emailed several times after that asking for a tracking number, but never received one. On February 27, 2017 I followed up again via voice and email wherein I asked Natasha to pls be honest with me, I explained that this delay is costing me a lot of money, and holding me from moving forward with my business. I further stated that if they can not make the molds, pls let me know, issue credit and I will produce my own product, its not a problem, I just needed clear honest communication. Natasha called me back and said that she would not say it shipped if it did not. She assured me that my order shipped and that I should receive it 3/3/20. I did not receive an order, or tracking information or any indication that my order was made, canceled or shipped. Today. I called & emailed too, but no one answered either, so I sent and email asking they cancel the order and issue credit. I must say, I am frustrated and extremely angry because they put me behind going on 5 months now, I've placed two orders with this company in the past and did not have any problems. This experience helped me realize, even if I had a good experience with a business in the past, its good to check them out and see what people are saying currently, as things change and not always for the better....too bad, I like supporting small business, that is the main reason I went to them, I could have made my own, and will still do and cheaper too, I just figured what the heck, give someone else a chance to make some money. read more

Here's the thing - the communication is terrible. They don't update you you order status, and you have to contact them to get any info on your order. The WILL get back to you, and they ARE super friendly, but sometimes you wait close week before hearing back. That being said, in my experience, if you write in the notes portion of your order that you need it by a certain date, they send it out right away. The reason I won't give them a bad review is because they're really just slow, otherwise they're a great company, and they have some molds I couldn't find anywhere else. read more
