I have had this bear for a very long time and have a couple instances over the years where I've misplaced her or forgotten her overnight at a hotel while on vacation. This occurred again recently and I decided when I got back home from vacation I was going to buy a tile tracking system and have it sewn in the bear. I walked into the Park Meadows store on Saturday and was greeted by Taylor. I explained to Taylor what I was looking for and she agreed with no hesitation to sewn the tracking system in to my bear. Moments later we were done and I was eternally grateful to both Taylor's for helping out so much.

You can get a bear for the price of the age they are turning, so $2 for my daughter and $4 for my son. The majority of the stuffed animals are around $30-40, so this is a great deal. If you plan on doing this, it has to be the birthday bear specifically. I liked that they have so many options for stuffed animals and even seasonal bears/outfits. The staff here were really nice and especially patient with my 2-year-old. I think it's a fun activity for kids. This was both my kids first time here and they had a great time building their bears!

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and shown where the 50th cards are. The store is clean and well stocked. Why the 3 stars? Well, upon checking out, the employee was most likely prompted by the register as to how much to take off because of my BOGO Free coupon. I showed her that it explicitly says I can choose any Hallmark card and that the lesser-value was free. She then called over another employee who I assumed was the MOD as she had unlocked the store before opening hours. They both read the T&Cs and the MOD stated that they're usually only valued at $2.99 or $3.99 off, but said that since the coupon didn't explicitly say, they were going to give me $3.99. When I pointed once again that I could choose any card and the lesser would be free, they doubled down and said that the most they give is $3.99. I just don't under why a customer is held to T&Cs but the store is not.
