This chain is the WORST! The Danbury store is probably the worst of all. Store has no dressing…read morerooms or mirrors. Staff is unfriendly. Their policies are awful. If you order online and your costume is defective like mine was , I was told it was up to the store if they want to give a refund. They told my husband that their computers are programmed NOT to do exchanges or refunds . They must of paid a lot of money for their pop up store(s) computer system because that's the worst lie I ever heard. That is absolutely NOT TRUE. There is no retail system they "won't allow refunds or exchanges " unless they had it custom made. I highly doubt that for a pop up chain. Never will I ever buy anything from them again. You're much better off going to any other party store , Walmart or Amazon next year.
