He complained to me about the payment report being messed up even though I told him and Ashley the assistant manager about it being messed up multiple times. The real reason why it was always messed up was because of the new hire. he was always messing up on things every single day and he didn't know how to do anything. And he was supposed to be trained by amar. The new hire said many times that he didn't know what he was doing giving more proof that amar didnt give him the proper training that he needed to be left alone at the store by himself. And for every mistake he Made I got blamed for them. I made sure to call amar or ashley every time something was wrong and amar would come to the store to fix the problem and still blame me for it being messed up even after he fixed it. But amar was just looking for reasons to get me in trouble. There were times when a co-workers would sign into the wrong store when putting things into the payment report which messes it up amar knew about this and still blamed me for it being messed up. And the crazy part is the new hire knew amar since high school so I feel like for that exact reason he wasn't checking him on his mistakes and was only blaming me because they're friends. There have been many times when I asked him about my checks not being right and he would tell me that everything is how it's supposed to be. But then I figured out that there wasn't no overtime and that he would go onto my payclock and change my hours. My shift started at 2:00PM every day and before I knew that there wasn't overtime I would come in early like around 1:30PM and clock in around 1:33. But then I noticed on my payclock it showed that I clocked in around 1:40 and sometimes 1:50. and this was going on for a long time. So I wasn't even getting paid for the time that I was getting clocked in. And I wasn't the only one he was doing this too. he was doing it to other co-workers as well and thats when I know something was up. And there was one point in time where he would talk real crazy about Ashley the assistant manager almost causing her to quit her job. And when she figured out that he was talking crazy about her behind her back she called the regional manager and told him that she was putting her two weeks in. But then a few days later she magically got a pay raise so she didn't quit. Ashley told me a lot of things about amar and at first I thought she was just being rude about him but then I started seeing it for myself. every single thing she told me about him was true. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with amar because once he starts feeling some type of way about you he will try to find a reason to get you fired. Or he'll make you want to quit.

The folks at Heartland Moving admin office were very helpful in explaining services provided that include moving and storage, specifically for larger and specialized pieces as pianos. Utilized their service for furniture removal in a portion of our house during renovations. The outgoing process did not go as smoothly as hoped. After sharing concerns, the boss himself was there upon return and things went much more smoothly. The company even addressed a minor repair while the furniture was in storage so that upon return there were no issues. Located in Sioux City, we utilized their services for the all in one capabilities of moving in storage. Despite a few bumps initially, I would use them again. Have always seen their commercials. I have a challenging bathroom addition that I wanted to see if…read morethey would entertain. I phoned to set up an appointment. When taking phone calls, most businesses would say, "Thank you for calling us. We would be happy to set up an appointment to take a look." In the end, they may not be able to do the work, but wouldn't you think they need to see it first? Not at re-bath. Instead of a welcoming phone call, this is what I got as I explained I wanted to add a bathroom to the basement of my rental home, "Are you the owner of the home?" (why else would I be calling and why does that matter?) "So you are saying we might have to work with concrete to add a drain? Oh you don't want to do that in a rental home or spend that much" (how does she know what I am willing to spend? She went on to tell me that their brand of items are expensive. Wouldn't you want to come see it and let me determine that for myself?) After her telling me what she thought I would and would not want to do, I finally told her back in a rude tone, that is for me to decide so do you want to have someone come out and look at it or not? In setting up the appointment, she then asked me what I do? (How about what day and time work best for you?) This female should not be answering your phones. Not how you gain potential business. You never know who is on the other end of the phone or what future projects they may have. I was so put off by the phone call, I knew that in the end I would not use Rebath, but I was going to at least have them come out and go to the work now. They did come out and the guy immediately told me it couldn't be done and they don't do this kind of work. I said you don't put in bathrooms? He said well yes, but we like everything to be roughed in already. He was very nice, but their commercials don't say, only call us after everything is basically done for us and we will insert a shower, etc. What re-bath doesn't realize, is that although this is a rental home, my husband and I are going to live there for a couple of months while our larger home is being completely remodeled, of which could have been another opportunity for Rebath. Thus, we are willing to spend a little more than necessary even though it is a rental home. If the initial phone call would have been pleasant and "let us take a look for you", maybe they would have been considered for our larger project. And by the way, it CAN be done. We have someone else starting the work to put in a full bathroom this summer in the house that Rebath said couldn't be done.

Don't take you're extended range guitars here...they obviously don't even have the knowledge to fix…read moreor work on them...I took my schecter omen 8 string for a re sting and full set up with MY D'addario's 8 string set that are MADE for my type of guitar...well I guess they didn't wanna use those so they stole my strings and put "ernie balls" on instead and if you are a well experienced guitarist you will know almost immediately that those are not your strings...looked at the receipt and it said they replaced 2 of the strings because THEY broke them...one of them that they crammed into my low #F tuning head was a high string for a bass...didn't even ask, just went ahead and did it...and I have hip shot tuning heads I installed and they broke it and tried to hide it! Literally just forced it in there...i was so frustrated all I could do was laugh. When I called then out they reimbursed me 15 dollars for my strings that THEY broke then when a couple days later I'm playing and of course like 3 of them snap because ernie ball sucks when it comes to strings...went to restring it and noticed the damage and not ONE of my strings I gave them to put on it was on it "hint hint" the balls are different colors AND my strings cost almost 20 bucks and they only gave me 15 back and they HAVE my strings I gave them there so why couldn't they just have used another D'addario set?...the action is all messed up they used different gauge strings...and now literally the only 8 string guitar that I have is absolutely trashed right now...I will not be going back there ever again...just save yourself the time and don't do it...take it somewhere more PROFESSIONAL they obviously just want your money and don't give a damn about how much music means to you and well...now i can't play for a long time cause I don't have the money to fix it.
