You never have to wonder if you will get someone to help you because they always have enough help! They have a big unveiling of their Hallmark and Disney ornaments this Friday, July 11th. People buy a lot of of these ornaments. They are in demand! You need to pre order to make sure you will get the ones you want for Christmas. As Hallmark says "Christmas in July". The store is always exceptionally clean. You see the Associates cleaning shelves and ornaments or products in the store. They have Disney bags, marvel ornaments, Snoopy items, Baby books and animals, Wedding gifts, Dishes and jams, clothing, hats, gloves, spa items, cards for every occasion, and Seasonal Gifts of all kinds. Their range of candles with water flowing as you turn on the lighted flicker of a flame are beautiful and have a lot of different colors and styles. This store also has Enesco figures as well as Lladro women figurines. To top it off they have many Star Wars items. This stores items are all authentic. Something else wonderful about this store is they wrap your gifts for you. Also the entire crew really love the owner whose name is Debby. Hence the name of Debby's Hallmark. It feels like you walk into a warm family when you shop there. When employees love their boss you know that boss treats them well. Lastly they have many Christian items there . I have bought my grand daughter a chicken there that lays eggs, stuffed animals,books, puzzles, toys for baby. They have many things for your garden care as well. Many more items but you have to come see for yourself because there is too much here to say it all. Beware, once you come here, you'll become a regular customer.

There is a great variety of plushies and accessories to choose from. You can even order online for in-store pickup, or bring in an unstuffed plush so that you can get the full Build-A-Bear experience. The prices vary depending on the plush, with some being more affordable than others. Usually the collaborations with different brands are more expensive. It's a great experience for all ages. I recently brought my mom in so that she could build her own bear, and the staff was super friendly and engaging. Thank you Build-A-Bear Northridge for always being such a fun place to go at many different points in my life!

It was a nice bonus because the staff was able to spend extra time with my son, helping him through the process of building his bear. Once we stuffed his bear just the way he wanted, we moved on to the accessories. He picked out the cutest pair of Baby Yoda pajamas. We already have all the superhero outfits at home, so it was time for something new. At the end of our visit, we even got to create the sweetest little birth certificate for the bear. With this phobia, people may experience anxiety when they THINK or even EXPERIENCE anything related to Halloween. Really?? So some people are actually terrified of... Ghosts. Goblins. Pumpkins. Witches. Candy??? Well, If those things scare you; this will definitely scare you... In my city this year, you just might see a bunch of mini 'Taylor Swifts' from all of her different Era's running around our neighborhood singing... 'Shake it Off' & 'Look What You Made Me Do' as loud as they possibly can while going house to house looking for tricks, but mainly treats? I'm talking about my 3 daughters, their cousins and my wife. But the real scary part of this Swiftie Halloween isn't going to be the 'Folklore Era' or even the 'Midnights Era'... It's going to be ME, trying to grow out a mustache between now and then since I was lucky enough to be voted by my wife and my daughters to be Tay Tay's Boyfriend, NFL Superstar Travis Kelce... Ehhhh....that last line is a stretch, but it's the name of the place so just roll with it. The back story... My oldest, who is 6 years old saw that they had a Halloween store here in town so I made the ultimate promise, the "Pinky Promise" to take her after school the following day. And believe me when I say this... When I pinky promise....she never forgets! So the next day, after I got home from work, we loaded everyone up and headed to the Halloween Store. (My two older daughters were so excited, you would have thought we were taking them to Disneyland). Once we arrived, probably the best/coolest part of this place was the enormous Monsters right inside the doors (a zombie looking thing, a scary werewolf, a skeleton with a pumpkin head, a bat/gargoyle guy, just to name a few), which apparently you can rent?? My question is... How the heck would you get them in your car?? They are like 25 feet tall!! After you head in, take the escalator up and into a cool, kinda creepy, and definitely a little bizarre Halloween store. It's like a garage sale with everything Halloween themed. Some stuff Is new, other stuff felt used... Odd, but we went with it. One thing my wife and I said to each other was, I definitely wouldn't want to be an employee there closing alone at the end of the night, talk about spooky! haha. They did have tons of costumes, masks, hats, Halloween accessories, Halloween makeup and everything you might need to decorate your house (inside or out). On top of the merchandise...there is a maze of some sort that you could go through for $10 bucks, that is of course if you're not scared! I would have gone, but my excuse was, "I have the kids", you know, cause I'm not scared or anything ;) Anyway... To the locals of T.O., Newbury Park, Westlake Village and the surrounding area... Come check it out if you are in need of a costume or need some accessories to complete your look. This Toys R Us is inside Macy's, which is inside the Westfield fashion square Mall…read more It's on the bottom level right at the entrance out to the parking structure. It's also a great little toy section, it's a large Toys R Us section for Macy's. Which is absolutely great. They have a great selection of Melissa and Doug toys, as well as anything else that you would expect. They do have some LEGO sets, although the selection isn't great. The other really nice thing about this Toys R Us location is that the Toys are always on sale. There's always a buy one get one 50% off, or 40% off sale. If you're shopping at the right time, or if you think in advance, you can actually get some pretty good deals on some toys. I know I said that the LEGO set selection was limited, which it is, but we've been able to get some LEGO sets for considerably less than their priced anywhere else. Either because they were on sale here, or there was some Macy's discount. For nostalgia it's really great that Toys R Us is still around. For practicality it's really great that this is here in Macy's.
