He greeted every single person who walked in with the most sincere smile -- not the forced, robotic kind, but the kind that made you feel like you mattered. That small gesture alone was refreshing, but it was just the beginning. As I browsed through the aisles, I had some trouble reaching something on a higher shelf, and without me even having to ask, he noticed and came over to assist. He was so polite and respectful, saying "Let me help you with that" in the gentlest voice. It wasn't just about being helpful -- it was the way he helped. He made me feel seen, valued, and never like a burden. A few minutes later, I noticed an elderly man struggling with his cart, and once again, this kind boy stepped in immediately -- with no hesitation and no need for recognition. He chatted with the man kindly, helped him sort through items, and even offered to walk him to the front to check out. You could see how much it meant to that gentleman. Honestly, it made me emotional just witnessing it. At the register, I watched him patiently help a younger child who had dropped some candy and was on the verge of tears. Instead of brushing it off, he knelt down, helped the child pick everything up, and even made a funny face to cheer them up. The child's tears turned to giggles in seconds. It was such a small moment, but it spoke volumes about his character. In every interaction, this boy radiated compassion. He wasn't just doing his job -- he was doing it with heart. He treated everyone with the same level of kindness and respect, whether it was a small child, a teen shopping with friends, or an elderly customer just browsing. Staff was weird; they were there but not really there. As much as I tried asking for help, I was ignored a bit. It wasn't that busy but the staff was goofing with each other so maybe they were upset that I was interrupting their playtime. If you have an idea what you are looking for and can find it yourself, this location serves its purpose. Otherwise, I would rather go to Party City or something. This store sucks.

I appreciate the support teams effort in trying to resolve the matter despite it being only after I posted a review. I however, still do not see the manager of the company in a positive light as I really dislike people who makes false claims, especially when they are representing a big company. Dishonesty cant get anyone anywhere. Like he said himself, there are real people behind every business and the way he is acting, definitely does not help those people. I too am a real person that is experiencing different things and this was one of them. I cannot and will not have someone dismissing my own experience like that.

A deposit is required which can be done from their website that redirects you to paypal to conduct this transaction. Please keep in mind that deposits made with credit card are subject to additional taxes. I do not know if the same applies for bank account transactions. The remaining balance is accepted prior to the performance in cash only. Johnathan the magician showed up 30 minutes late due to traffic-however upon his arrival he quickly appeased the energetic little people with balloon twisting and fun. The kids were on him like swarming sharks and I was just deeply relieved to have the focus redirected off the destruction of my home. The magic performance overall was delightful, even the adults were impressed and the children riveted. I felt that the wait was well worth it, and I will happily reccomend Salazar to fellow parents.

They arrived right on time and were able to set up easily even with some space constraints from my venue. The magician started with balloon animals that all the lil ones loved.. and then the magic show even captivated the adults! I laughed so much during it!The face painter was very good. She was able to make really detailed and beautiful face paint based off of pretty much any picture or idea you gave her! Every single kid loved their design and couldn't stop showing off! Taking it off after was super easy! Few swipes w make up wipes and that's it! We picked package B, which was 1.5 hours, magician, balloon animals and face painting. So worth it! Made it so we could eat at a nice restaurant and still have the kids entertained.

The performers were extremely quiet, lacked enthusiasm, and barely interacted with the kids. There was almost no effort to get the children excited, make them laugh, encourage participation, or create the fun and magical atmosphere you would expect from a children's birthday party. The balloon show was equally disappointing--low energy, boring, and with little to no interaction with the children. Instead of making the kids feel included and entertained, it felt like they were simply watching something with no real engagement. The characters seemed unprepared, disconnected, and lacking the energy needed for this type of event. At a 4-year-old's birthday party, the entertainers should be leading the energy in the room--talking to the kids, playing with them, making them laugh, and creating memorable moments.
