Walked in the door and was greeted almost immediately by a friendly staff member who asked what my children would be interested in and offered up some of her own suggestions, even leading me to those departments inside the store. Wide variety of decently made toys - not the plastic crap that Target and Toys R Us sells. Staff was very friendly and offered FREE gift wrapping. There's even a "birthday club" for kids. An excellent addition to Broomfield and one we should all support! The staff and selection are what makes this a true 5 * selection. Plenty of parking and close to the RTD stop at Flatiron. Don't let the mall's big-box ambiance deter you, though -- these are exactly the kind of stores that we really want to support! I went in to find a gift for my ultra-picky 6-yr old niece. Generally, I'm hopeless at such shopping sprees, but Kathy -- the amazing woman behind the counter -- totally helped me out. I left with a gift that my niece liked (that's the first), and even some fun card/board games for me and my friends. They were also other kids and their moms waiting for the store to open. we live about 20 minutes away from the orchard town center and wasted our time going down there when the store should've informed the customers that they were not going to be open today. I find it very inconsiderate that they did not inform their customers because there were little kids outside in the snow waiting for the store open. They will not be getting our business again!!

I live in the area, and had seen this store several times so I thought it would be a great option, I was wrong. I entered the store, and there was nobody on the floor at all to greet me. I walked around for a while, still nobody. A good 10 minutes later, I still have not been helped. All I could hear was a woman having a very casual phone conversation from the back room. I had announced myself twice, and even asked if "anyone was here" loud enough for someone in the back to hear me. I guess the phone conversation she was having was much more important than an actual customer in the store. From what I saw, everything seemed to be locally produced, but was very overpriced. I am always willing to pay more for a store that gives great customer service, but sadly, this type of retail is what had me going back to amazon. Disappointing to say the least, my business will be going elsewhere.

I wandered into this store after my dental cleaning appointment and immediately got 5 gifts individually picked out and taken care of by Aimee, the owner. What a load off to get those necessities handled in such a quick manner by such a pleasant person! I got five baskets - 2 mens and 3 womens - each different with some Colorado food items, jams, sauces, treats, and Enstroms! The ladies got bath foo foo, lotions and Hammonds! There's no such thing as too much chocolate. The store is new and still getting a few items but I found everything I needed for the out of towners. What a relief. I happened in around the first of December but I'm usually a last minute person and this would be the place to get last minute gifts. Plus it's local, with locally made items - you've got to love that!

She gave us, my husband and me, All of her attention, advice, and even Help dressing in fantastically, gorgeous Renaissance outfits We are going to a wedding in July. We are both over 65. We met doing a play at nomads theater in 1986. We do feel pretty old most days. But in our outfits, we feel fantastic. It was my husband's 69th birthday. He will look about 50 at the wedding. We had a great time, trying on clothes and talking about Iceland Our nephew who is getting married and his partner spent a month in Iceland after my husband, and I told them how fantastic it is We love the Ritz. The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. Just not what I was looking for unfortunately.

Tons of things for my own interests as well as gifts for family, friends, and especially my 3 year old. Finally picked up a Ravensburger puzzle after seeing the great reviews they get on Reddit. They were beginner 35 and 60 piece ones to work on with the kid, but they had all the way up to 3000 piece (uh, I'll have to pass on that challenge for now).
